Great drill!
I love this drill and set.I wanted one of my own because it seems there is always something around the house that needs fixing, or I’m always finding new things to put up to improve the house. I got tired of having to ask for and find my husbands drill so I decided to get my own and after some searching I came across this one. I am so happy I got it. It comes with pretty much everything you need to get your job done. Love that it comes with two batteries and they hold a charge really well. It is lightweight so your arm doesn’t get tired using it. Works great and have no complaints, I recommend this one if your on the fence with other ones.

Durable and powerful

Is very strong. The batteries they last around two hours, that worked great for me since is two of them gives you a chance to charge the other while using. I’m very happy just used it for putting together a cabinet did the work just wonderful.

The price is definitely worth it
I see people complaining about the quality of the products but personally I think it’s relatively good quality for the extremely low price of the assortment of tools it comes with. The only downside is that 3-4 tools slip out of there slots from time to time but besides that all of the tools are efficient, wish the drill was a bit stronger but wouldn’t expect anything more for the price. Bought this because I was moving into my first fully independent residence and needed a starter tool set just for all the small things I would need tools for and planning on adding on to it with better quality products eventually. But I would say if you need a starter tool set because you can’t affords to spend a few hundred buying them all separately, than this is a great choice!

Everyone needs a toolkit
I moved into my own apartment recently and I firmly believe that everyone needs their own tool set. I am a young woman living alone and I think this is a perfect tool set to have on hand.I use tools quite a bit, solving small problems here and there or building furniture. I’m no tool expert but I am a graduate student in NYC and a tool kit like this is essential. Send this toolkit to any young person and they will value it for years and years.

Quality is not good
Only couple of tools in this are of moderate quality. Most of the tools quality it’s not good. But may be this is what we get for the price. Buy this if you just want to keep a tool kit for occasional use with low price. Not for regular use.

A must have
I bought this 3 years ago and it helps in many ways. However, I’m now having a problem. The charger stopped working. This doesn’t mean the product isn’t great, maybe I just got a short lifespan charger.

It’s good
The only thing that I’d change about this tool box-the drill, battery and charger should be secured better with velcro strap. The level doesn’t have a individual slot as well. I open the box and some of the tools fall out of their assigned spots. Other then that it’s a good product.

Tool Box Beat Up
The tool box look as if we’re use by someone else for a few years. It was covered in dirt, scratches, cut and Knicks. The tools seems ok but they were scattered all around the box. Looked used!!

Handy man tools
Is a simple handy tool, has the major usual tools for a fast job. The quality is not the best. Is a good tool for someone who dont have a tools and is not a professional construction trade.Customer service was great , I receive the package in good condition but some item wasn’t in good working condition. I call them and they send me a new package this time it was working condition. They call me after I receive the 2’nd package to make sure everything was in good condition.

I LOVE THE DRILL BUT THE BITS BREAK EASILY. THE TIPS OF DRILL BITS WEAR OUT EASILY ON PHILLIPS SCREWS, TWO IN FIRST DAY sadly. Still worth the price in my opinion for the drill and the rest of the kit.

Lots of power!
I have another pink drill that only has 18 volts and no power for real screwing. This drill is a 21 volt and works great. Lots of power and battery last awhile. Love that it came with two batteries.

Great value buy for atound the house
bought this pn a whom because i was building a table for my deck. well worth the purchase price. I wasnt super sure how some of the smaller pieces like the volt checker and the level would actually be made for use or just decoration. LOVE IT . the battery last forever and i dont even think ive charged it since my first use

Did not receive the kit being advertised
We received a different set than what is being advertised. Our set did not have wire cutters, and the items do not all fit in the tool box securely. The tools arrived dislodged, and the level does not have an assigned place, making it impossible to have all the tools secured. Also, the extra battery and charger do not fit together, but there is enough space in the box to fit it on top of things.Overall, we do like the tool set. It is a good buy for your basic tool needs.

Poor Tool Quality

Not worth the cost. The tools that came in the kit were damaged as if they were used on upon unboxing. The hammer and wrench came with multiple scratches and tool marks all over the metal. The screwdrivers have dents on the handles and scratches on the metal. The tools look and feel extremely cheap and are of poor quality, even for the cost you get them at. Probably better to go to another seller or invest in something better.

Worth the price for this quality
I was concerned about the EU adapter problem that I have read about in the review section. So I bothered to buy an EU to US converter. However, I did not even need it. Because apparently, they fixed their charger in the US to the correct US type plug. So do not worry about that! Other than that, the quality of the product is great, so far so good!

Good start for first time homeowners
This tool set is definitely a good start for a first time homeowner. It has everything I need to get the work done. The 16.8V drill is powerful enough for anything that I do in the house. It also comes with a spare battery pack for the drill, which is handy for a portable drill. I was hesitating about the European charger other reviewers were saying, but I decided to give it a shot. The charger I received is a US compatible charger. I have not tried out all the tools in the box yet. I’ll update once I get to use other tools.

great set for having around the house.
I ordered this set for all around the house projects. The case itself is really sturdy and compact, which I like for storage. I am happy with the compact size of the drill itself and found the batteries charge quickly which is a real asset. Overall I like this product and plan to use it often. My ONLY critque is that in the set they should add driver bits.

Wonderful!
I had just moved so I needed a toolkit. I purchased this one & I’m so happy I did. Everything fits in it carrying case, it’s not too heavy & everything I needed was in there. I’ve used the drill, the bits it came with, the hammer, the leveler, the tape measurer. The only thing I wish it had was regular pliers. It comes with needle nose ones which got me through but I also got regular pliers as well. This is a great starter kit & has worked out great for me.
