Hard to find same color

Very well designed and extremely comfortable.
The stretch fabric makes wearing these jeans very comfortable. Even the zipper pull is well designed as it is larger than the usual pull and easy to use. The only flaw I have found in two pair is that the button holding the waist closed is bigger than the button hole in both cases. Had to enlarge the hole in both pair.

Not true to size
They run big, tape says im a 38 these are easily a 40+ so if i had picked a 36 i orobably wouldnt need a belt. Overall im satisfied with my purchase and would buy these again when needed

Great pants!
This is my second pair of Levi 569’s. The fit and quality was fantastic. I tried to order a pair of Levi 527’s to get a slightly different pair of pants. The quality and was so bad. I can’t believe Levi would put there name on it.

I would give 10 stars if I could .
To start off- a brief “about me” I work in construction/concrete/ foundation repair.I’m 6 feet tall and 400lbs and I work HARD for 10-16 hours a day every day 6 days a week. I go through a new pair of jeans every 2-3 weeks a new pair of boots every 3-4 months and shirts and hoody’s like disposable gloves – they don’t make strong quality clothes for guys my size because most my size can’t walk let alone run around all day breaking rocks and digging holes. FELLAS- THESE ARE THOSE. For the first time in my life I found a pair of pants that hold up to me working a real job. I can squat jump bend crawl and kneel all day every day and these haven’t popped a single stitch . I will be buying these exclusively until the quality changes – A+++ solid product and I’m so thankful I found it . (NOT ALL JEANS ARE THE SAME EVEN BY THE SAME MANUFACTURER) but if your a large man and you work a hard job- you will not regret these.

Excellent quality
My husband originally went to a department store to purchase these same jeans with coupon (much grumbling) in hand and when he came home did not like the color and were returned. I said let me just look on Amazon. Same exact jeans with an assortment of colors for a lot less cost. We purchased and they were delivered to my door 2 days later. Excellent service from seller and Amazon! The jeans are so perfect we ordered another pair in a different color.

Only jeans I wear
I’m a 5’8″ tall male who usually wears a 38 waist but these allows me to save some ego points and buy a 36″ and fit comfortable without having to actually lose weight! I’ve bought several pairs and they stretch just enough to be comfortable, not too tight and if I do end up going hungry, they’ll still fit appropriately.

Very uncomfortable.
The size was great and as always Amazon got them here quick. But, there was a stiff almost like fishing line seam and the top of the waist. I tried them on and it felt like it was going to cut me. I had them on for maybe 30 seconds before I couldn’t handle the feeling anymore. There is no way I could wear these things. Very uncomfortable!

Returning due to seam split.
Seam split first time wearing jeans, bought a second pair at the same time as this one. Have worn three days without any problems. Have had the same style for over 4 years without any problems. By far my favorite pair of jeans, very comfortable and durable.

Avoid this
The purchase was made for someone who doesn’t live in US, and when he tried them, he realized that the jeans are wrong sized. He sent them back to my house for me to do the exchange, and I just got them back. He has other jeans same brand and size that fit perfectly fine, but this one is way too small. It seems like a factory mistake when they put the size tag… Now Amazon do not want to take product back.

New go-to jeans
You know how it feels when you find a pair of jeans that are going to be your new favorite? These are them. Bought them for my college student. He loves them so much. We bought another pair. These fit perfectly in the waist in the crotch and in the thighs. He’s so happy he has a new favorite pair of jeans. It’s taking a few years to find them, but now we have them. Perfect fit!
I love that these jeans came in a 31 waist. My husband typically has to go with the 32/32 and wear a cinched belt but with these jeans he can wear them without the belt and they won’t fall down. The slight stretch is a plus as well, he does a lot of bending down at his work which allows more comfort and less distress on the fabric.

I like them. They are more durable than wranglers which wore through at top corner of rear pocket within a few months.These definitely feel less durable than Levi’s from 20 years ago. Denim weight feels about 75% of the good ol days. But so far so good.

Better pick a size up
I usually take a 36 x 30 for any jeans and it fits me perfectly with an elastic fit to stretch my legs which makes it comfortable to sprint or walk in general, so I got the same dimensions for this one, it’s a firm fit but it leaves no space to stretch the legs which makes it really uncomfortable. Maybe picking a bigger size would’ve helped.

These are one of my favorite pair of jeans. They’re long so if you don’t like to roll up, then go with a shorter length. Waist and thigh are great. Very comfortable after a few years of slim fit jeans. Great looking as well. I love the dark color with just a tad of stonewash in it.

Tall Guys Take Note
I’m 6’6”, that never changes. However, my weight will range back & forth from 235 lbs to 250 lbs. At 235, I wear a 38” x 36”. At 250, I wear a 40” x 36”. I’m 250 now and added to my 40” jeans with this purchase. New Year’s resolution… get back to 235, soon.I wear 36” length in Gap, Carhartt, & Lee jeans. The 36” length for these brands works well for me.These Levi’s, at 36” length, are slightly longer than the other brands, about 1/2 “ to 3/4” longer. However, not long enough to return them. 34” length would have been too short.Also, a decently long rise for a tall guy as well.

Levi’s 559 Relaxed Fit Straight Leg, Tumbled Rigid
I purchased one Levi’s 559 Relaxed Fit, Straight Leg, color Tumbled Rigid in September 2020. This post shares some general impressions and observations for the new purchase. By the time I see how well these jeans can hold up to daily wear and use, Levi’s will likely have changed the cut, fabric, and/or place of manufacture for the 559 series, if this model even exists anymore.For context, my experience with other Levis are:- Purchased within the last 3 years but returned for unusable small front pockets and poor overall impression, Levi’s 569, 100% cotton, purchased on Amazon- Purchased within the last 3 years, Premium 514, 99% cotton + 1% elastane, made in China, purchased at a physical non-Outlet Levi’s Store- Purchased within the last 3 years, Levi’s Signature Relaxed Fit, 99% cotton + 1% elastane, made in Bangladesh, purchased at Walmart- Purchased much longer ago, assorted Levi’s, 100% cotton.- I will not reference any jeans from other brands.My 559s from Amazon are 100% cotton, made in Lesotho. Seller is Amazon.com.Fit and finish is generally decent, but my jeans had one spot on the thigh where a thread from the fabric itself has pulled up, a defect in the cloth. There’s no hole from the defect and it is not too visible. Some other loose threads were present and I removed or trimmed those. The shape’s cut seemed good to me; when folded up the seams lined up well and the the shape of the pants are correct. When worn, it is certainly relaxed compared to the 514s and tighter than my loose fit jeans. I can confirm a straight cut leg and the length ended a couple of inches below the ankle. In contrast, the Signature Relaxed Fit that I own has legs that don’t quite line up properly when folded and were shorter than ideal, just reaching the ankle.Denim texture is the classic type where the primary visible texture features only diagonal stripes, opposed to the “newer” style from the 00s where vertical threads are very prominent. The color is pretty much the classic dark indigo but with lighter orange/tan colored threads compared to the traditional darker tan/orange. Compared to the regular jeans from 20+ years ago, the fabric is paper thin but I understand this passes for normal these days. There is a very, very slight give when stretched against the fabric’s diagonals that I consider normal for 100% cotton. In contrast, the 514 and Signature Relaxed Fit jeans with elastane both stretch noticeably such that there’s no mistaking that it is intentional. None of my older jeans have much give when I try to stretch them. The front pockets for the 559 that I received is a decent size, my hands will fit up to my upper wrists. In comparison, my 514 has slightly deeper pockets while the Signature Relaxed Fit is slightly shallower (I had searched through the available pants in the store to select one with usable pockets). All of my older jeans had pockets that are equal or deeper than the pockets of the 559 I got.Fabric feel (while new) is decent and my impression is that I can expect it to get better with time like other cotton jeans that I’ve owned in the past. These are not as soft as my Premium 514s but are far better than the Signature Relaxed Fit which was scratchy and rough from the start despite the elastane and didn’t get better after months of consistent wear.Generally satisfied. The fabric blemish is annoying but I’ve elected to not take a chance on exchanging them and getting one with a worse defect. After being disappointed with Levi’s 569s from Amazon, I expected to receive jeans that I wouldn’t like but decided to give these 559s a try. I am okay with what I received.3 stars for acceptable results and I probably got my money’s worth. Overall quality is noticeably lower than their Premium line but very noticeably better than their Levi’s Signature line. Note this rating is primarily in comparison to what is current on the market.
