Very useful but not good for vigorous work on the car engine.
The material is not that strong to fully work on the engine but it’s is very useful set if needed for small to medium work load. I’ll definitely buy it again if I could. ( just know the ratchet tools are not that strong) I estimate they will go out first.

Great to keep in a vehicle
I bought this tool set to keep in my car. So far everything I’ve used has worked great, the box is tough, and the latches work as they should.

Its decent
Not bad for the price, but alot of those tiny torx bits and parts don’t have the proper socket/attachment to use them with the included drives/socket I had to buy those separate which was a bummer

Decent tool set
I bought these just to have in my pickup (after growing up on a farm, I like the peace of mind of having tools with me). The carrying case seems to work well, I’ve used the tools a handful of times and stuff seems to stay in the case in-between uses despite being in a vehicle. Ratchets seem like any other cheap ratchet I’ve bought, and the tools don’t feel like they’ll break. For being an affordable set of tools, I think the meet my needs well.I did wish the nut drivers went up a few more sizes, I’m also not the biggest fan of bit-driver sets, and that the wrenches were longer (and once again, another size or two bigger). Also, I think it’s odd they include 1/4 inch sockets and an adapter instead of keeping them all 3/8 or 1/2, but over all I do really like the set of tools.

Works well enough for a little kit you can throw in the trunk for a trip. Good set for the wife and kids to use at home so my tools don’t disappear.

I love this. So many different sizes and very sturdy. The tools are heavy in your hand and feel durable.

Great set except for one vital manufacturing mistake.
I purchased this set to keep in our vehicle when we are road tripping. It has an excellent combination of tools in one compact set and at a good price. I like how it holds the sockets so they’re easy to access and do not come loose and fall all over the place when you open the lids. I like that it has a set of Tongue & Groove pliers. It would have been nice to have a small hammer, but otherwise I really like the tool combination.I could easily have rated this a 5-star product, but there is one vital manufacturing flaw. The sockets do not have detents to hold the socket onto the ratchet. This may not be a big issue much of the time, but when you really need that socket to not fall off into a place you would be hard pressed to remove it, this flaw is critical. If that is not important to your usage scenario then I would recommend this set. I could not find another set with the same assortment of tools, so I’m upset that this set isn’t a keeper for me.

Sockets lack key feature
I bought three of these to lend to service engineers traveling to my region. It’s great to have everything in one pack and makes tool inventorying easy. However, the sockets are missing the groove inside the 3/8″ recess that would lock the socket to the ratchet. The ratchet has a quick release system but it’s useless with the included sockets since they slip right off. All three sets are like this.

Slips joint pliers defective
The sockets seem to be very good quality and the ratchets are sturdy with a smooth internal gear system. I cannot say the same for the slip joint pliers. They will not hold a grip, and slipped through all of the settings the first time I used them.

Terrible.
The main tools are decent. Good selection of socket sizes. The main problem with this set (for myself anyway) is that there’s not any detents on any of the sockets or ratchet extensions. No matter how careful you are the socket or extension will fall off while you’re using it. Might not be bad if you’re not working on something that you don’t care about scratching or denting but they aren’t for me.

Emergency kit for car or boat
I’m hauling my cargo trailer, motorcycles, and my boat quite frequently and I hate to always pack my tool bag with my garage tools. So I bought this to be able to make mechanical repairs while on the boat (Impeller or belt changes, etc) or on my motorcycles or car if needed. I liked the variety of mechanical tools and don’t need ratchets in all kinds of sizes. Just basic tools in decent quality in a strong tool box – this seems to fit the bill.

Only 164 tools (not 192). No adapters for sockets or bits. Sockets fall off.
The kit only contains 164 actual tools sockets & bits, not 192 as advertised. The remaining “pieces” are in a tiny box of little screws and drywall anchors worth about $1, so that’s false advertising. The sockets are a mixture of 3/8″ and 1/2″, but there is no adapter on the two socket wrenches to use any socket on any wrench. There is no adapter to use the socket wrench with the screw bits. Finally, the sockets don’t have the dimple to latch to the ball bearing in the socket head, so they fall off.If the manufacturer were to accurately advertise this kit as 164 pieces (not 192), provide adapters so any socket or bit could be used with either socket wrench, and provide tiny improvement to the sockets – include the latching kind of sockets, it would be worth the money. As-is, it’s over priced and much of it is not usable in certain configurations of wrench & socket or wrench & bit.

Quality tools with everything you need!
These tools are very heavy. They feel the same quality as Snapon or other very expensive brands. They are worth more than what’s being charged. Great set includes all tools a non-professional needs. Highly recommended these.

Not worth it
I have had this for over a month possibly 2. Was excited to get it as it looked like a great set. Tried to use and there is no way to keep the sockets on the ratchet. Now I am not a mechanic so I went to a neighbor who is and asked him to look at it and he agreed there is no notch to keep the socket on the rachet. I have contacted support and they were initially quick to reply, the last email I got was saying ok thank you, someone, will be in touch soon. That was over a month ago. I tried to reach out and nothing from them. Needless to say I am not impressed. I have continued to try to reach out to get a resolution from their support team. Getting a run around. Contacted amazon support and am getting a resolution. DO NOT BUY THS FROM DEKO.

Ehh not the best.
It is a nice set for around the house or light duty work. Do not recommend to use it on vehicles. The 18mm split while I used it and a few of the pieces weren’t milled out. I did email the company, but no response.

Very useful.
As someone who is learning about vehicles and how to repair them, this tool kit came in really handy. I like the variety it offers. Not only does it come with a 10mm-15mm and more of sockets but it also comes with basic house tools as well. The actual case for the tools is pleasing to the eye as it is like two little doors and the tool always hold on tight. If you’re looking for a good starter tool set this is it.

These are not strong enough to work on cars.
I’m a woman and bought these to work on my car. Very very small jobs they’d be ok for but busted both ratchets just trying to remove a lug nut….. these are meant for kids n lawnmowers not chicks n their cars !!!!

WARNING! Read the review. Definitely would have thrown the sockets away if I could not return.
This DEKO tool set seems like a decent build-quality with one MAJOR exception… The sockets are all worthless! The first picture is of my old generic “pittsburgh” brand socket showing the critical retention groove cut into the inside of the socket. The second picture is of DEKO sockets showing the baby smooth inside wall with NO RETENTION groove. This means the socket will NOT stay onto the wrench once you put it on the drive. This is for all of the 3/8″ and 1/2″ sockets…It is not the wrench, but the sockets. You can put the socket onto the wrench by depressing the detent on the back of the wrench, but the socket will fall right off because there is no internal groove for the detent bearing to hold the socket onto the wrench. This makes these sockets absolutely worthless if you are trying to wrench on a project. You will be pulling you hair out with frustration as you have to pick up sockets off the ground all the time or make sure you hold it onto the wrench with your fingers until you get the socket placed over the top of your bolt. Don’t do it!Thankfully I tried these out before I really needed them in the field. The material quality seemed decent, but the lack of final machining inside the socket makes these unusable.Bummer… 🙁

poor quality, defective parts!!
The media could not be loaded.
Poor quality!! Tried to use the next day I bought it, and here is the thing. 2 of the extension bars (pretty much the most important ones) have deffects. They won’t be hold tight.. when you join it, it should come out only after pushing the button behind the wrench, but it just falls without pushing anything!! I made a video to better describe what I mean! Sent back, got refund, will look for better ones….

Very Cheaply Made. Do Not Count On These
The very first tool I used in the kit was the channel locks. Very easy project and I quickly found out the poor quality of these tools. Barely any force was used on the channel locks to grip something and the cheap metal stripped out. They can’t even hold in a channels after one use. These tools appear VERY cheap and the bits will strip out easily. I would not even count on these tools for an emergency repair, which is all I bought them for. They may not work or break on you first use. You get what you pay for.

Defective Set of Tools
Sockets fall off wratchet the ball lock doesn’t work because the sockets were missing the indentation to make secure. Only works if you hold them on by hand. Also the rubber grips fall off the other plyers.

Look Elsewhere – Not worth your time
Chinese product is fit to small hands. Tools and parts inside do not fit snugly in case, hasps are junk. I expect this thing to make it about 3 months, and I’ll need to look again. The tools are fine, not high quality. Might serve as a little used emergency kit for my wife, but this thing would fail in my use quickly. Look for alternatives in your budget, this is not worth it. The headaches will exceed the utility.

Buy Better Brand
I purchased this set for my tow truck. The wrench set fits snug on bolts 25% of the time. But after you try to break a bolt free all they do is strip. The socket however are pretty okay and come in a good verity. They do not lock at all!The 1/2 ratchet lock does not work and the reverse switch is sloppy and get caught up.Alon wrench set are trash and absolutely do not work at all. They do not even fit the proper size!!If you absolutely need a tool set for little house work that you don’t ever use and put in a closet sure this is it but really would stay away!!Definitely get a name brand set cheap nock of set is trash.

Great tools, poor choice of storage.
The tools themselves are really good. The plastic container it comes in is junk. The cheap plastic clips to keep it closed broke and the nubs to hold the tools in didn’t work very well. Tools kept falling out when I picked it up.

First set had case with bad plastic mold so some tools did not stay in place. Returned it and got the second set, which had a slightly better mold. Great value for $60. I would definitely par more for a sturdier carrying casr.

It’s great tool starter for most.
This was all I needed to work on my car. There are a lot of screwdriver bits that come in handy for me. i.e. Changing light bulbs on your vehicle might require something other than a Phillips or flathead. With that said it is also very portable and looks great as well.
