Not quite what was advertised – Close though
According to the info…it comes with a Wifi and BT adapter. The BT adapter was there…..but no sign of a Wifi USB adapter. Lucky me…. First thing it asks for is connectivity to set it up. Amazon’s computer assistiance AI insn’t quite capable of understanding i just need a wifi adapter…not sending the thing back for a refund. I’ll go to Walmart or Best Buy to pick one up in the morning.

Nice, Basicc Win 10 Computer
The old PC needed to go. I refuse to go past Windows 10 and ordered this machine. Works very well for what I use it for: BASIC functions such as Email, Quicken, Turbo-Tax, MS Office. Probably not lightning fast but so much better than the old PC I’m really happy.

Like new
I have bought two computers from this seller.. must say the desktop was delivered on time as well as described. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due fact that the cord to plug into the wall is extremely short… not even average length…also you have to purchase your own hdmi cord or whatever you have use to connect the monitor…Had a few hdmi cord lying around…The plug for the wall was problematic…apart from those two issues…it’s awesome…oh forgot to mention on the fist one the hdmi cord was too short my son had to connect another hdmi cord to the existing one to reach the desktop…

Documentation
I was looking for the least expensive device that also met the technical specs for the job and that was delivered. What was surprising was the lack of documentation. A manual would have been very nice but that wasn’t included but not even a specifications sheet to validate the computer delivered was in fact the product description provided for my purchase on Amazon? Obviously there are alot of things Amazon and their suppliers get right most of the time however on a higher priced purchase a product spec sheet shouldn’t be at a premium.

Cheap PC
I wanted a desktop again just for basic usage like storing family photos, printing things out and occasionally playing classic pc games from the 90’s. I could have obviously bought something even cheaper and with a slower processor/worse specs to do these simple tasks. The price was right and I am very satisfied with my purchase. This cpu runs pretty quick and has good storage. All in all no complaints here.

Good PC
it the beginning I wasn’t sure to buy a refurbished desktop computer so, I had my brother in law to get one before so he did. He was pleased with it. That was enough for me so, I decided to get my own. Once I connected it the computer ran trough an error. so I took some pictures and contacted tech support, they replay back incredibly fast and, following their directions over the phone I was able to make the computer run with no issues. This is a good computer for the basic stuff. I haven’t tried any big/large software and I am not planning to. I know my brother in law does 3D printing and used this same computer to edit/make what ever he is about to print.

Little disappointed
The computer itself works great. Super fast start up, it works for what I need it for (bills, email, minor spreadsheet work, etc). The disappointed part is that it states in the description that it has wifi. It doesn’t, except for a USB 2.0 dongle that comes with it. My router is less than 20 feet away, in the next room, and won’t connect. It worked fine when I first got it as I hooked it up temporarily in the same room as router just to do initial set up (had to use TV as I didn’t have a monitor yet). Being 4 ft from router the wifi worked great. Wish I’d realized this before purchase.

Nice little PC Box. Not as fast as I expected,
Several cautions-Streaming: Do not use HDMI adapter to VGA. It will black out screen if you use a video intensive process like Netflix on a browser. Works OK with regular display port to VGA adapter.-The included USB Wifi adapter has poor reception. WIfi was intermittent (1 MPS) when plugged into chassis. Acceptable with adapter (20 mps) on extension cable. Better to use a device with antenna.-The bluetooth adapter is nice. I connected to a speaker box.

OK for a used box. Will not upgrade to Win11.
I received this computer a couple of days ago and in the process of migrating all files from another computer to this one. One TB of storage will be plenty for what I need. Windows 10 Pro is also a plus for networking. It does not come with built in wireless or Bluetooth. The seller is supplying usb dongles for those features. It shouldn’t be a big thing other than you lose a few usb ports. The case had a couple of scuffs but again, it is a used computer. I would have sent it back had the price been higher than it was. I was disappointed that it wouldn’t upgrade but that’s the chance you take for the money. I thought that shipping (about 10 days) was a little long but again, it’s cheap. So, all in all it would be a great computer for anyone that doesn’t need Win11. This is one that I can put in the shop for mechanics to do research with and not get too concerned about it being destroyed. I gave it a 4 out of 5 for those reasons. I didn’t need tech support and I won’t use it for any gaming.

Multi-Monitor capable, Multimedia Refurbished PC, Well-worth the price.
As a former big IT manager, and a computer guru (or geek, if you prefer) all my life to this day, my opinion counts. If you need a PC easily capable of using 3-4 (and maybe more) monitors, this one is an excellent choice, competing with some tailor-made systems 10 times its price. Above all, this Seller is HONEST in disclosing that this is a refurbished system (unlike some other sellers, claiming their PC wares are “new” when they are clearly not, long beyond their OEM’s warranty). Since the risk of some components potentially dying is somewhat higher than with a brand-new PC, buy a 3-year protection plan with it, which affordably covers all the major risks. Granted, the repair crew put in a low-bandwidth wi-fi USB adapter, which is no problem: It works, but if you want high throughput Wi-Fi, just buy the fastest currently available USB 3.x Wi-Fi adapter (about $15-20). Granted, I haven’t had a chance yet to run all of the tests, but generally speaking I am quite satisfied, and again — the Seller is honest in describing this product, and to begin with — this is a good product, from a large reputable manufacturer, and from a good refurbisher-reseller.

Seems to be a good value
This is the second machine that I purchased from them. I use the first one in a lab setting so it is not running all the time. the second machine appears to be stable however I am concerned about the reviews where buyers are having issues immediately or a few weeks of use.My plan is to use the second one in a daily setting but checking the devices, the 32 GB memory and the 1 TB harddrive are correct.I still have to try the WIFI usb 2.0 dongle on the second machine.

Refurbished Gives Top Value: Trust Refurbished Computers like New
Worked with refurbished desktop computers since founding own shop: not unfamiliar with ‘inners’ and augment with accessories … but never ever been disappointed in just opening and running any refurbed since Windows 7. This one is the best value so far, of a dozen desk and laptops over the years: 1TB SSD, 32GIG RAM, and an I7 model … check those stats at Discount Computers or Electronics and get sticker shock.I ought to get another … 🙂

Overall very good
I’m happy with the computer. It’s case is a bit dinged up, but I don’t really care. It came with an old, antiquated 802.11N wireless USB WiFi adaptor which I could not get it to connect to my Wi-Fi for no matter what I tried. It would connect to the hotspot on my phone though, which I had to use to complete setup. After spending a while trying to make it work, I contacted their support listed in the documentation it came with and never got a response. Ended up buying an up to date adaptor myself just to be able to use the machine.

Cost Effective PC for Internet and Casual Usage
Compared to my old 8 yr. old unit, this PC is about half the size but yet provides everything I need for less than $300. With a solid state ‘C’ drive, it’s very quiet. The cooling fan seldom runs, thus drawing minimal dust into the chassis. However, it would have been beneficial if documentation were provided to identify each port and its function (several port configurations were different than my old PC). Also, the power button is very small (my old PC had a power button about twice the size). The included keyboard and mouse seemed to be cheaply made.

Dead in a couple of weeks.
I’d give it a 1 star, but it did work great while it worked and the seller is taking it back. 2 weeks of mild afternoon usage and then it started throwing error screens and kept rebooting on its own. Tried reloading windows but it would throw memory faults and reboot. Finally gave up and decided to return it but couldn’t even do a factory reset and all my information was still in it, no way I was going to send it back like that. Had to take the SSD drive out and reformat it externally with my other computer. Now I’m wondering if the seller will give me a hard time for wiping the SSD clean. If so this will be edited to a 1 star and I’ll dispute any charges on my card.

Great Buy
I was looking to upgrade my current PC and the cost of upgrading would have been a little less than the total cost of this unit. Set up was easy, no surprises, and it performs very well. And the price was very reasonable. This was a nice score for me. The only downside I am aware of it is it does not meet the requirements for Windows 11. Other than that, I am very pleased and recommend this model. I don’t do gaming but I create training courses on media-intensive platforms and this unit handles everything nicely.

Killer deal, great value for your dollar!!!
My old Dell XPS8300 was my pride and joy for the last 11 years. Somehow over the last few months, I picked up a bug or something that lagged it big time, sometimes taking 10 minutes to shut down or startup!Well, after a little shopping I decided to go with this Optiplex 7050. Took a little longer to deliver than I had hoped for, but all in all I got it in 12 days.I had expected the SSD to be a SATA drive, but as it turned out, it’s an M.2 drive, even better according to the specs! I did swap the board battery to be on the safe side though.Well, needless to say, this thing is a ROCKET!!!! My old desktop would get around 220mbps download speeds, whereas this baby is getting 500!!!! OMG! Startup times are around 12 seconds, and shutdown is pretty instantaneous!!!I highly recommend this desktop to anyone, first for the price, second for the performance, and third because I said so!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Be sure and check it out completely when it arrives
The first one of these I bought turned out to be a lemon as it wouldn’t hardly boot up and it finally failed completely. I returned it and re-ordered the exact same one again. This replacement is a dream and has no problems. Amazon was great as they immediately swapped it out for a second one and kept the price the same. With all the features on this computer, if everything works, it is a real bargain! Even the DVD player works. It is compact, quiet, and does what it is supposed to do, including a lightning fast boot up since it has a 1 TB SSD drive. My wife is very happy with it. Just make sure you test the computer completely before you start loading your personal data on it, and if you do have to send it back, follow their instructions on how to destroy any personal data before returning it.Since it is renewed, my only wish is that that the manufacturer would do a better job of making sure these computers work during their “tests” before they ship them out which would save customers from having to send the lemons back. Best to keep the lemons for making lemonade, not inside computers!

Nice small desktop computer, but
First off I’ve bought a number of refurbished computers over the last two decades and once in a while some come with some minor problems. I returned the first one of these Dell 9050 sff computers due to a starting problem which may have been a power supply problem or mismatched ram memory chips but I really liked this computer. I ordered another one because it came very clean and painted so cosmetic looks 5 star. The unit did run very well except for shut down problems. I did replace the MB cmos battery which was at a very low voltage but apparently Dell has had a few problems with random shutdowns and start button being difficult to start. I believe this is something that I’m willing to buy another and hope it works fine. These are nice desktops and with some TLC are well worth the roughly $230 at this time. Parts are widely available and inexpensive so hoping this new to me unit works as well as the half dozen or so refurbished computers I have bought in the past. The second computer is up and running and after two days no problems. Hats off to the Microsoft refurbisher great job, nice desktop computer. this is updated 081523

Ghost in the Machine
UPDATE: After five days of testing and troubleshooting this computer with three different technicians at the seller, I have had to send it back. It never worked as it should for more than a matter of hours, and displayed a wide variety of problems (see below for a sample). The last straw was when I closed the Chrome browser and the whole screen went black. The mouse pointer was visible, but nothing else. There was nothing to click on, so I couldn’t even shut it down. After a couple of hard reboots this problem persisted, so the machine is now on its way back to SJ Computers. No one is to blame — there’s just a ghost in this machine.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Bought the Dell i7-7050 SFF. It arrived in good shape two days early, but I didn’t have the correct video cables (VGA to Display Port), so I didn’t turn it on for a couple of days. Once I had the cables I fired it up, set up Windows and left it running for several hours, when it began to display various display anomalies: When I opened programs, the window would display for a second or two, then disappear. Later, the whole screen began flashing on and off. The Start button didn’t work so I had to shut it down with the power switch. With the machine unusable, I called SJ Computers (the seller). This was on a Friday, and I spoke to two techs, Alex and Logan. Much troubleshooting was tried, and eventually the machine seemed to be stable and I was told to use it over the weekend and call back with a progress report on Sunday. I used it as much as I could, and it randomly logged itself off several times. When the “disappearing window” symptom reappeared on Sunday I thought I needed a replacement, and I called to ask for one. This time I spoke to Aaron, a third tech, who logged into the machine remotely to try and resolve the issues. He ran some diagnostic and repair tools, and in the end suggested a complete reinstall of Windows. Since I had not installed anything on the computer, I agreed to that. I now have a completely fresh installation of Windows that seems to be working, and I’m hoping all will be well over time.AARON WAS THOROUGH, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL DURING THIS LENGTHY PROCESS, and put my mind somewhat at ease by offering to extend the 90-day warranty for an extra thirty days. He went the extra mile by calling me back an hour or so after the Windows reset to make sure all was well. This computer will be used in mission-critical situations and I can’t afford random shutdowns or on-screen controls that don’t work. Since these problems were intermittent I can’t honestly say that it’s “fixed,” but I fully expect it to be.For the past couple of hours this computer has been working fine, but I will update this review if there are further problems with it.

Great Renewed Product!
I was needing to replace my oudated Windows 7 PC and didn’t want to spend the money for a new PC. This renewed Dell model exceeded all my expectations. It came well packaged, looked like new and when I plugged it in it took me through the windows setup quickly and easily and I realized this computer is better than a new one, it doesn’t have all the bloatware and unwanted apps and advertising that most new PC’s come with. It is lightning fast compared to my old PC and I easily moved all my old files over using a memory stick. The only con is that the keyboard, mouse, and wireless dongle that they sent along are cheap but I didn’t need those things anyway so I’m happy not to have had to pay more for them. I’d definitely recommend Amazon renewed to anyone.

So far a great thank you to MST MEMORY SOLUTION INC. for my renewed Dell Optiplex 7050!
When I selected my Dell Optiplex 7050 I in particular paid attention to the reviews of the third party suppliers and MST MEMORY SOLUTION INC. although relatively new by supplier standards, had scored high in Amazon reviews. So had hoped for the best and so far have definitely not been disappointed. I checked again, and their rating is still very high, and well deserved. For starters I placed my order with Amazon on 28 June. Delivery schedule was for 5-6 July. My Dell Optiplex 7050 arrived on 30 June. In great shape.Connecting the computer to my new Dell monitor was effortless. My first experience with using HDMI instead of VGA. I’m only using one monitor, so of course am having no issues. However while I was Googling a variety of Dell Optiplex 7050 to-do’s I noticed a few users having issues with installing two monitors. There is only one HDMI that really works – as far as I can see.A great and very welcome surprise was the DVD drive. In the photo of the Dell Optiplex 7050 at Amazon it looked as though it would not come with a DVD drive. So what a wonderful surprise that was. Have used it a few times and it works as it should.I thought WiFi would be internally built in, and must have misunderstood. There is a WiFi Adapter USB that is included with the computer but the WiFi is not internal. This was not an issue for me as I had been planning to use an ethernet cable anyway – my preferred mode of WiFi for desktop computers. I also didn’t need the mouse and keyboard, although brand new and of good quality. The keyboard and mouse that came with the Optiplex were wired, and my preference is for wireless, and I had that ready and waiting for including with my new computer.Windows 10 Professional worked well from the get go. Definitely a tribute to the high quality tech input of MST MEMORY SOLUTION INC. It was effortless to set it up. Only headache is one that all Windows 10 users experience, which is how to get rid of the automatic startup page of Microsoft Edge. Took me some time to figure out, without needing to go into the Registry. Thanks to some savvy high-tech sources on the Internet.I haven’t gone high tech on my Dell Optiplex 7050 yet and it is probably early days with working with it. I know Dell has a great Website for updating Bios and everything else, but thought for now I didn’t need it. Everything is working super fast and feels updated. One thing I had to get used to is that all of the 1 TB SSD space came unpartitioned on C: only. I’m used to a partitioning of the disk with programs on C: and data on D: After some Googling on the subject looks like it doesn’t really make a huge difference with SSD (like it would have with HD) and that partitioning isn’t really needed. So looks like I need to beef up on how to optimize Windows Explorer App for arranging my D: files for easy reach. So still early days using my Dell Optiplex 7050, but very happy so far. Thanks to MST MEMORY SOLUTION INC.

Not small form factor
I haven’t hooked it up yet, so I can’t comment on the computer’s function. But right out of the box I’m disappointed that it’s not smaller. I guess for people who only care about desk real estate, it could be helpful. It IS five inches shallower (front to back) than the full size HP on my desk that it is replacing. But from the front (height and width) it is EXACTLY the same. In terms of visual space from the front, it’s no different. It’s described as “small form factor”. Just be forewarned, it’s only one dimension that’s smaller. I’m not sending it back. I also ordered an under the desk sliding/rotating hanging computer mount, so I don’t care that much about the size. It’s just not what I was expecting. I don’t know how many times I will have to learn the lesson on Amazon to check the dimensions that are given. The description on the listing may be deliberately misleading (like a realtor referring to a wreck of a house as “rustic”) or just plain inept; not all sellers are articulate. I don’t care if this is an industry-wide label for this size computer. I’m not in the computer industry, I’m just a lowly consumer, once again feeling misled by a retailer’s description of their product. It’s not small size; maybe mid-size?

Love it
I purchased mine for college because I needed something stronger and with more GB to run programs like Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD/REVIT. I was hesitant to purchase this due to the negative reviews, but mine arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I was impressed with even the like-new smell when I pulled it out of the box and how CLEAN it looked, literally looked brand new. Just in case others may be wondering, no computer will come with that exact amount. Mine is a 1TB, it was close enough to that 1TB.It does come with a USB Bluetooth adaptor, which works just fine, and it also comes with a USB Wi-Fi adaptor. Both are small, and the Wi-Fi adaptor works, but it was moving too slowly. In my opinion, it is worth it to spend $20 or less on another one and you will be all set. Also, I purchased the 3-year warranty plan for less than $40, (which does not cover spill/water damage) and I would suggest to anyone else that they do the same.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
