I purchased this computer primarily for my online examinations. Roughly an hour prior to my scheduled exam, it initiated a brief Microsoft Windows update. However, I found myself staring at the 25% progress screen for an extended period.The update process took approximately 3 hours to complete.Fortunately, I had my previous computer as a backup, which I used instead. I have since returned this mini PC. I would advise against relying on this machine for crucial tasks. Or, you can run Linuxmint (which is not supported by my online proctor), but then why pay for the Win11 OS tax?

I received two and both had problems
The first DreamQuest Mini computer I received would not boot up. It kept going to the BIOS settings, which I tried resetting, all to no avail. I sent it back and got a replacement. It booted but would not attach to my wifi network. I’ve installed literally hundreds of computers so I’m pretty familiar with how this all works. I sent the 2nd one back, too.For my 3rd try, I went with another brand on Amazon, the Beelink S12 Pro Mini PC. It booted perfectly, connected to the internet and I’m very happy.

TURN ON HIGH PERFOMANCE MODE COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT MACHINE
Search for choose a power plan (has picture of green battery next to it) at the bottom by the windows start bar change it from balanced to high performance mode then click choose a power plan then change plan settings then click change advance power settings then when the window opens click the plus on processor power management verify the max and min processor state are at 100 and at the top verify high performance mode is active in the drop downat first the pc would not run 4k 60fps only 1440 after updates and high performance mode it will do anything i throw at it video editing … multiple tabs.. its not slow at all im veryyyy impressed. it runs videos at 4k 60fps and anything without skipping a beat . if your having problems you dont have high performance mode on or your internet is slow.

I’m Happy!!!!
I’m not a huge gamer, slower games are more my speed. I browse, stream alot of video, email and the like. This little computer is quite snappy, every bit as fast as my big computer. I love that it is small and easily fits everywhere while doing all my big computer things. I like the number of usb ports, if you do seperate mouse and keyboard it still leaves you with two to work with. Get an external SSD which isn’t that big in dimensions…with enough storage space and you’re good to go. See the picture for the 1080 picture on a portable monitor. Pretty darn good, plenty good enough for streaming video for sure.Now I’m not saying it compares with a full tower computer in every way, but for its size it’s really good. If you don’t need to game or do other resource intensive tasks, this could be your main computer. Very happy. If things change I’ll be back to let you know.

viruses on drive for shame
If there wasn’t installed viruses on drive I would of gave it 5 stars Did a scan before hooking it up to Internet and there they were 2 viruses and 1 trojan . Wiped drive and reinstalled windows 11 and started fresh and no alerts about viruses or Trojans. Who ever buys this unit I recommend you do the same . Will keep on checking system and doing further scans . I’m adding this to my review so others know . After posting the one star review the company reached out to me to offer a full refund and then they did the two step and said the trojan and two malware viruses did not come from their end . I have two ? for them. Why was windows 11 already activated and since when does Microsoft put Trojans and malware in their software. I wasn’t looking for any refund from them they reached out to me . I give reviews on most of my items I buy from Amazon and most receive honest 5 star ratings .

Nice little computer
I’ve built a ton of computers over the years but when my parent’s 15 yr old computer wouldn’t install some latest software, I decided to look and see what prebuilt computers were available. I came across this little beauty and decided to give it a try. Once received, I took a monitor with it to my parent’s house. I had it set up within 30 minutes and it ran perfectly. Wi-fi worked great and my parents are happy. Saved me a lot of time and hassle from building them another computer. I will go this route again unless I need a high-end gaming computer. For the price, this is hard to beat.

This is a solid computer, but keep in mind the price. Don’t be fooled by the large ram and processor numers, it’s dd4 ram and the processor description says UP TO. Mine only has 1.5 ghz speeds

This little PC works great! Has all the features needed, including Windows 11. We won’t be using it for gaming so I can’t comment on that. It does get really hot though.Note: it isn’t particularly fast and I’m pretty sure it won’t handle anything like a CAD program. It also does not support a pen or touch screen.

For the price of windows os, you get computer and windows os. Good, if not very good, graphics, sound has a very good quality, only problem- i have picture going black, and it’s like a loss of a signal, for a second, but it comes back. Overall, you get what you pay for, with this, even more. And, don’t complain, if device is not up to your expectations- its simple, it’s 12 volt, why did I get it? 12 VOLT, MY RV COMPATIBLE.

Having this computer in daily operations for the past month I can safely say I haven’t found any problems with it so far. The power supply on the other hand quit stone cold exactly 31 days. Thankfully I had another power supply available and all is good now.

Powerful Office PC
Been using it for 2 weeks and am happy with it. It boots almost instantly due to the 512 SSDPerfect for office if you want to set up in a small space. Nice little machine!
I’ve been looking to upgrade from my old HP but I’m on a budget. Got this for $150. Easy to set up. Power jack and headphone jack look really similar, be careful. Windows 11 Pro is fantastic! I use this for basic computing, no games. For me, it’s lightning fast. Looks very nice. Make sure to run Windows Update first thing. Took a while to update but nothing extreme. I also like that this is a stock Windows 11. No bloatware from manufacturer. Time will tell on reliability, but so far I am more than happy with this PC

Great mini PC
The media could not be loaded.
Overall good I was very pleased with the power and memory of the computer. It loaded windows 11 without any issues. The many 4 USB ports are very helpful in adding the supplied wired and keyboard, mouse, Dongle . The hdmi port work great with my dual monitor. The computer case looks great. Very fast ssd disk with memory.

A Great Mini PC for Home use
I bought this mini pc to use as a home computer and I am very satisfied with its performance. It is preloaded with Windows 11 Pro, which runs smoothly and has many useful features. The 12th Intel Alder Lake N95 processor is fast and powerful, and the 512GB M.2 SSD is enough for my needs. I also like that I can expand the storage with a 2.5″ SSD if I want to.The mini pc is compact and lightweight, and it can be mounted on the back of a display with the included bracket. It has plenty of ports for connecting devices, and it supports 4K 60Fps three-screen display. The image quality is crisp and clear, and the colors are vibrant. The fan is quiet and does not overheat.I am very happy with this product, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small and powerful computer.

Very simple but powerful Mini-PC with Windows 11 Pro installed that smoothly runs. This is very small in size and fits perfectly in a small space. I was able to easily expand my storage by placing a SSD hard drive. Was very easy to setup, connect the monitor, keyboard, mouse and turn on the PC to setup.One thing you need to remember this is not the Laptop, its a mini desktop computer so you need Monitor and Keyboard to work on this PC.

Excellent packaging and quick delivery. Plug and play! Ready to use right out of the box. Super easy set up. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed, and 16 GB of ram makes this little devise a Beast! Bought as a second home PC. now it is our primary PC.Super-fast and reliable. Space saving design is fantastic! Portable and great for travelling. Comes with and HD cable and power supply cord. We have been using it on a daily basis and it is up to the challenge. No monitor needed easily wired to your TV!Work laptop crashed and had to use for a weeklong business trip. Was able to connect to hotel TVs with the provided HD cable. Pages load fast, no lag, no issues, and maps opened smoothly.

Good value!
This computer fired right up and works great! I don’t game. I just use for browsing, banking and office work. For this purpose, the computer is lightning fast. I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to longevity or needing any support. It’s small and quiet. I can highly recommend at this point. After some time, I may come back and either upgrade to 5 stars or if I have problems I will lower it… But, so far it’s great!

Used for two days, a very good mini case, does not take up space, mainly connected to the TV, watching movies is great, very smooth, you can also brush Tiktok, simply cool to explosion, nest on the sofa, enjoy the large size of the TV at the same time, there are computer functions, really very comfortable, of course, there are disadvantages, the memory is small, not suitable for playing large games, small games are OK, Absolutely no problem, I am not a fan of games, so the specific words or to see the personal experience, but the chassis is really good, the appearance is very attractive, specially equipped with a two-in-one keyboard and mouse, more convenient to use, to achieve the freedom of entertainment appliances, while watching movies while surfing the web, very good machine

This is a low end mini pc
This PC is a low end PC it is unable to multi task, surfing the web makes you feel like your on dial up. The windows 11 version appears to be a scale down version so some standard windows functionality doesn’t exist. I should have been suspicious when the warning label on the box says “don’t disconnect power while PC is loading for the first time or you will lose the windows os” the ram is soldered to board so your unable to upgrade memory. I bought a mini pc because I was trying to downsize from a big computer. I don’t recommend this for anyone not even a casual user. Save your money and get a more high end mini pc.

Very flexible for the Casual User
I’ve had this machine less than a month. My previous machine was an all-in-one that was ten years old and the operating system was near the end of life. I’ve been impressed with the speed of this machine and its 32 gigabytes of RAM when booting up (I believe it’s only taking about 15 seconds). I’ve not added a lot of software at this point, which may affect speed at some point, but it’s a major upgrade for me and I’ve very happy with the price relative to the features.

Initial setup is straightforward but takes time
