Broke the 1st night.
It’s pretty poor quality. Great concept but poor quality. I barely tightened it one of the straps ripped off and that same night one of the pole pieces snapped… It was the first night I used it.

Main Pole snapped and revealed sharp piecing materials
Hi, our tent blue pole snapped and caused metal pieces to become imbedded into the tent and then pierced into me and my partners fingers and took hours to get out. It was incredibly painful and my partner couldn’t even take her contacts out because of the hazardous materials imbedded into her fingers. Proceed with caution when camping with this tent as the metals or whatever hazardous materials in the poles can piece your skin.

Brand new with a hole
We received this tent with a hole already on the side seam. It would have brought in all the rain if we used it this weekend. I was very excited about this and now super disappointed.

Great Gift
I bought this item as a Father’s Day present. personally I have never used it or been in it but from what I can tell you from the feedback I have got from my father, he is absolutely obsessed and loves it he has already gone on three camping expeditions with it and one of those camping expeditions included going to four different states so I definitely would say it’s durable and comfy. he has a 2022 jeep truck and it fits perfectly.

Perfect fit in my 2004 Ford Ranger
Only took about ten minutes from start to finish to set up. Definitely recommend setting up on the ground first and have a second person help you pick it up an put in the truck.

Bigger than expected
Bought it for my dad for father’s day. The description says for his style truck 2016 GMC canyon but put it together and it is for a bigger size bed. I’d rather it bigger than smaller. Overall he loves it and that’s what matters most.

No complaints
Very good tent for the value. I just put it up to make sure it will fit before we actually go camping. It says it fits a 5.5-6 ft bed. I think the best fit would be a 5.5, but I have a GMC Canyon with a 6ft bed and it still fits reasonably well, slight stretch but shouldn’t be too bad. Plenty of room otherwise. Seems to be a good rain fly.

No Rain Fly Included
If you want a higher chance of staying dry while camping in a tent, you must use a rain fly. This item is prominently advertised as having a rain fly. Well, there was no rain fly provided which makes this tent unusable to me. I caution you to avoid my issue and buy a different tent that you know will have the needed rain fly.

Fits like a glove and easy to put together but a potential death trap.
My wife and I love this tent, it was easy to assemble with just 3 color coded supports. Fits over my roll up tonneau cover and sides of the bed so rain does not get in. It’s spacious and tall enough to stand up in.My only problem with it is that it is pretty air tight. So much so that we almost DIED. I wish this was an exaggeration!It was raining so we added the rain cover and it was a brisk 32 degrees so we closed up tight. It was my wife, dog, and I and sleeping in the tent and after several hours of sound sleeping, I woke up cold and with everything wet inside. The condensation from our breath had fallen on every surface. I also noticed that my wife and I were breathing harder than we should be. I just thought it was a result of being cold and tried to go back to sleep.About 2 hours later I woke up because I was having a hard time catching my breath. I sat up gasping for air, thinking there was something serious wrong with me. I was about to wake my wife up to get some help and noticed that she was hyperventilating. I proceeded to unzip the front door and as the fresh air came out breathing became normal again.The description says wind and rain proof…yes this is true but it should come with a warning that by using this, you are entering into a plastic bubble and you have limited air supply.Lesson learned, always vent your tent, no matter how cold it gets. Never owned a tent that was this air tight and we didn’t die. I’ll keep using it because it is pretty awesome.

Best tent I’ve ever owned.
I’m an avid camper. Lately, coyotes have become thick in the wilderness areas I like visiting, so ground tents don’t feel as safe as they used to. My friend told me of the truck bed tents, something to get off the ground with. I checked them out and finally decided on this one. I am so glad I did. I’m 6′ 4″ so need a little extra room. This tent has an exceptional amount of space, almost 6′ high in the center, and with my twin size air mattress, I have tons of space. The first time I used it a high winds thunderstorm came over our camp. My friends tent almost blew away, but mine barely quivered. Extremely sturdy. This is a great tent, and I haven’t had a coyote wake me yet.

Terrible quality, tried to kill me
NOT WATERPROOF. ALMOST SUFFOCATED. Overnight it rained and I woke up wet and disoriented and out of breathe. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong and didn’t sleep and felt out of breathe the rest of the night. Next night, same thing. Finally figured out that the tent was suffocating me in my sleep. If you’re gonna buy this make sure to always leave a window open or you might not wake up. Also, when I went to return this non waterproof death trap it took me 3 days to get them to agree to refund my money. Save your life and money and don’t buy this garbage

Good
Just set it up in my 2019 silverado 1500 quad cab. I was impressed with the construction of the tent. The tent material is heavier than I thought it would be. My only reserve is it isn’t quite wide enough for my truck. It will work ok, just doesn’t fit like I want it to. Going on a 3000 mile trip, we’ll see how it holds up.

Cozy
I bought this tent because my travel trailer was in the shop. We were camping in bear country so I wanted to feel safer off the ground. The tent was well made and spacious. I’m only 5 feet tall and I could stand up in it. I did need some help from my friend getting the poles put into place because there’s quite a bit of tension. I have a 2022 GMC Canyon and this tent fit it perfectly. It comes with a thick rain cover but I didn’t need it on this trip. This will slow me to feel safer when I camp in more remote places where my travel trailer can’t go.

Great tent buuuut be gentle!
Gonna give her a 4… but only because we tightened up one of the straps and it broke right off. Duuuuude so bummed and worried it wouldn’t make it through the beach wind buuuut we weighed that corner down and she d GREAT!!!! I would say the wind was up to 35 miles an hour at times— but gusts and no tears or rips anywhere but at the strap spot.Also did not have any rain so I can’t attest to that. But did fine with beach moister and sand.Queen size air mattress fit perfectly in the bed/ten bottom. Plenty of space. Didn’t have issue with air flow.

Great tent
The media could not be loaded.
The tent worked really well. The instructions are missing some steps so I had to figure part of it out myself by looking at the pictures. Some people were talking about water being on the inside after rain. I don’t think it was rain coming in, I think it was condensation. We had quite a bit of moisture on the inside of our tent and we had no rain. Overall a good spacious tent.

Well…
Purchased in Sept. 2022. Used once, in October. No issues. Easily set up by myself. Memorial Day weekend, upon using it for the second time, sure enough it ripped at the seam. I’ll be contacting the manufacture and will update with a photo of the rip. If not for that issue, I would of rated it 5 stars.

great tent but the zippers suck!
love the tent, it’s a great size and fits a full sized air mattress perfectly, only issue is the zippers are a super super thin metal. because of the fact that the doors have to be a tight fit, the zippers are hard to close up and we broke a zipper within 10 mins of setting it up. overall good tent, super easy to set up just not great zippers

Best Buy all year!
I loved this tent. Camp at renfairs and other festivals. It’s easy to set up I sandwiched some wood pallets between some rugs and put a queen temperpedic mattress on top to protect the bottom of the tent and raise the bed up to catch better breeze from the windows it was so rad and comfortable. Added a pop up at the end of the tailgate with tapestry for shade and threw down a outdoor rug and had a whole patio and chill spot to smoke the hooka and chill out away from the sun. I felt a lot safer up off the ground it was almost like sleeping in a treehouse. Definitely love I have 16 ft canvas yurt and it’s my go too but this was so easy soooooooo much easier. Probably won’t replace my yurt for season but it’s a nice quick tent for weekend camping.

Truck box tent
This tent is awesome no more sleeping on the ground. I am 5’6′ and had plenty of room to stand in it. My dog lived it as well! So easy to put up. Easy to take down enough then closed the tonou cover to go somewhere. Then a quick set up when needed.

Great fit, easy to use
We bought this for the back of our 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab.It was easy enough to set up. My wife and I got it unboxed and set up in about 40 minutes. Not too bad for the first time. We added the rain fly and it rained heavily for a few hours. Inside of the tent was nice and dry. We also ordered a mattress that fits inside the truck bed. This combo for around $200 is a great weekend getaway. Get out and explore our world!!

Excellent Customer Service
I bought this tent to fit my Tacoma. It is a relatively good fit. My first time out I was careless with the poles and broke two of them. I messaged the company to ask if it was possible to purchase new ones. The man I spoke with said its not necessary I will send you new ones. That type of quality is for the most part not what any company would do now days. Great company great customer service. I had my new poles in three days no questions asked.

Great tent!
My wife and I love to go camping but sometimes it gets a tad chilly to sleep on the ground in a tent so we wanted something a bit better and safer yet still primitive. This tent is really nice. The set up was a lot easier than I expected and I could actually stand up in the tent (I’m 5’4”) which surprised me. It made us feel a lot safer being up off the ground a bit because we have camped in areas where bear, coyote, and bobcat sightings are common. It rained the last time we went and we had no issues. It came a downpour one night yet the tent stayed nice and dry inside. Definitely recommend.

interesting idea
I am a fan of the outdoors but the outdoors doesn’t always agree with me. I am a meal to bugs, and though I am not scared of bugs it doesn’t take much to make 2 people flip out in a tent, if something gets in. Then there is the odd passerby at night that one just hopes isn’t curious about your tent. On top of all that rain can just happen. Also if you are camped in an unforgiving area this can be a better more secure surface. Setup takes 10 to 15 minutes. It gets you off the ground, keeps you dry, reduces some ground bug attacks, etc. It also is tall and with a pad on the floor genuinely comfortable, especially with the mesh windows opened. Its sturdy and there is a rainfly, so it is a good solution for those that camp and don’t like the ground and don’t keep a ton of stuff in their truck bed.

Awesome
Super cool. This is a great option for the times we don’t have an actual tent spot, or for when we go shore camping. It’s definitely an experience to set this up on the truck bed but it isn’t too complicated. Our truck bed is just over 6 feet and this tent fits great. We are able to use our truck bed air mattress in it as well. There is plenty of headroom. It’s sturdy and the materials are strong. Folds up fairly small. Really handy tent, we like it.

Interesting concept camping truck tent

Great way to camp!!
My boyfriend can stand up inside it!! Best tent camping we have done, since you aren’t sleeping on the ground. We did put plywood with felt over it, under the tent. That gave a flat surface and not the truck bed floor as our base. We plan to use it as often as possible!!

Zipper on door broke after 1 use
Not super impressed with this, the instructions are very difficult to understand and took 4 people to figure out why it wasn’t popping up like the directions say.The tarp material on the bottom already has a pinhole in it and not sure if it is from us or it came that way.Thank goodness it has two doors and each has two zippers because the solid door zipper already broke after one use! If there wasn’t a second zipper I would be returning this.The white poles already snapped off the elastic cord inside so now assembly is even more difficult because I don’t have a tool thin enough to guide the cord back through.Wouldn’t buy again
