Bad quality and extremely BAD return policy
I do not like this chair as its quality is not as good as the fancy images imply. Disappointed with this purchase.When tried to return it, I found I have to pay the postage, which surprised me so much since I have AMAZON free return for years.that is reason I have to leave a comment to warn other people.

silky cover on cushion too slick
the chair itself gets a 4 star. 1 less because water gets into the frame and rusty water comes out. best not left out in the rain. the satin covered cushion is very slick. it doesn’t even like to stay put on the chair if not tied down. i would prefer a linen or cloth weave.

I suppose it is okay for an acrobat!
Okay–I’ll admit this is no doubt meant to sit outside by a pool somewhere, where people probably don’t get in and out of it very often. However, I am unable to find a way to comfortably get in it, and then, being somewhat short anyhow, I can’t lean back and get it to give a satisfying tilt. I think it might be a good product for someone who is over 6 feet tall, but sadly, I *really* wasted my money on this. It is not good unless you are young and athletic I think. I can’t comment on the value for the money part–because its’ value is *zero* to me. However, I imagine younger, taller people would be able to use it better. I’ll give mine away I guess.

Not for large people. Not for tall people either.
Not as pictured, very narrow,, looks really big in the picture, this chair is not for large people, nor for tall people. Does recline nicely. If you are larger than 270 pounds do not order this chair. It is more for smaller women and small men..

Zero gravity chair
Bought this chair for my 89 y/o mother who suffers from arthritis lower back. This chair works great fir the average height person but my mom is very tiny. She needs assistance with it but once in , she loves it.

Super Comfy
I own a mobile IV Therapy business and I purchased 2 of these chairs for an expo we were doing. They worked out great. The cushions make it extra comfortable. The chairs are very sturdy and come with a cell phone and drink holder that attaches nicely to either side of the chair.There is a locking mechanism which makes it easy to stay in your desired position. You simply pull on the lever (circle in shape) and your position is secure. Once you are ready to sit up straight, simply push the lever back and your good to go.I just bought 2 more chairs for our next event 🙂

Strong and well made
Loved almost everything about this product. It’s well constructed and reclines into the perfect position with easy locking feature. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the pad, while comfortable, is covered in a thin cotton poly that won’t stand up to most outdoor conditions, it doesn’t stay in the closed position, and the tray table has to be removed before closing or it could be damaged.

It rusts internally spills rusty stains on ground when left out in the rain .
The media could not be loaded.
The chair is heavy and very comfortable but it is already rusting inside framework spilling red rusty stains onto the chair and ground . It’s not going to last long I’m afraid . So don’t leave it out in the weather .

This chair is way undersized, uncomfortable, and not sturdy. Overpriced for the quality. Trying to return it is a nightmare, theyb expect the customer to pay for shipping. I would not consided them.

Only Meh…
Well built. Not very comfy, is heavy, and a little small. I am 200# at 5’10” and the foot rest hits the back of my heels, and it’s a ribbed plastic traction, which hurts. Width is a little narrow, and frame feels like I am setting on top, as opposed to setting in a chair. I am keeping them, but not as great as I thought. Just “meh”.

Is not as it is described. Not any wider than all the others.
I did not like it because it is not wider than the regular chair. I am now thinking I received a standard width heavy duty. It has a heavier frame and has double wrapped Bungie straps but it is hard to get out of because it is narrow. I paid $169.00 for a cushion on a narrow sturdy frame. That is not what I expected.

not for old
The chairs are wonderful but not for elderly living alone. They come in large cardboard boxed that are very hard to open. It is not possible to open one end and get the chair out of the container. The box needs to be opened, layed flat, and then remove the chair. If older people order for comfort, please make a note that help is requied to open the package, lift out the chair and put it where that person wants it put. I hope this helps you realize you have some of us oldies on your site who may be homebound and without assistance.
