Great for phone and music!
After buying a “budget” set of earbuds based on good reviews and realizing they sucked, I will start by saying this is not a paid or fake review. I decided to give these a try even though I really needed some in ears that were decent for phone calls. These are great! The phone quality is good on both ends, and my music sounds great. The case feels solid and the ear buds are comfortable. Great for the price, or even more

Some of the best headphones EVER!
Tozo impresses yet again. They simply exceed ALL expectations on a budget priced pair of earbuds consistently and this pair is next level. I’ve used the T6s for years, my model from 2016 still works and holds up well but I wanted something new and try a style similar to the AirPod Pros and these are on par if not just as good as the opposing $150 price tag. The fit is incredible for me from the earpieces that came on it but having the other tips will surely help it fit perfectly in anyone’s ear. They feel snug and secure and like I can move freely without worry of slipping out, and at the same time feel like nothing is there from how light they are. The sound is fantastic with the EQ adjustments on the Tozo app and completely customizable so you can hear it the way you want to. Id recommend these to any and everyone looking for an affordable, reliable and pretty awesome pair of earbuds that doesn’t break your wallet and proves you don’t need to spend $100 to have an enjoyable sound.

Great sound & water/coffee proof verified
So I took a chance on these after losing my $100 Samsung earbuds. These sound better than my Samsung. Touch control Function works well and is logical. I accidentally dropped an earbud in my coffee this AM, where it’s at for about 10 minutes until I found it, rinse it off and it still works so thumbs up for the waterproof and the real reason for me posting this review.

Powerful little things, worth the money
I’m going to be honest, I spend a lot of time on call. I’m in school, I work in a legal setting, I have a partner overseas. I needed earbuds that could be used practically all day, as even if I’m not on a call, I have something playing in my ears. The sound quality is great, and they have some powerful volume. If you have music or something playing while on a phone call, they will automatically lower the music’s volume when they detect sound coming from the other line, then bump it back up afterward. They are also comfortable enough that your ears aren’t tender after having them in all day.The buds can make it through almost an entire workday without being charged in the middle, and the case can fully charge the earbuds 4-5 times before it needs to be plugged in. They’re the most expensive set I’ve gotten and they have been worth every penny.

I love Tozo brand. I’ve had two of the previous models and these are my absolute favorite! They do not fall out of your ears, don’t even move! I usually listen to audible books and the sound is very clear. With music, I think it sounds fantastic. Noise cancellation is very good. Battery life is amazing and I love how it’s digital. Works well with a wireless charger.

Surprisingly good set of ear buds.
I am surprised by this pair of buds for the sound and price. Similar to the EarPods pro but fits well out of the box but you do get a choice if other bud attachments. Sound is remarkably clear, decent bass, with balanced lower frequencies but nothing out of this world. Pairing was easy, ether thru Bluetooth it the app. It’s a nicely built lower cost set of ear buds. Tested a few calls and voice notes and it isolates sound pretty well but faltered when it was windy outside and my own voice was sounding like it was popping in and out.Still will recommend this as an alternative to pricier ones for its performance or as a gift to someone.

Nice earbuds
I have used three other earbuds from tozo and these are probably my favorite. The sound is good. And the app helps add a little extra to some of the music I listen too. And the case for this one is real nice. And it shows the battery level for each earbud. They also last a little longer than the other ones I have. I am definitely happy with this purchase. And it beats paying hundreds for the branding of some others.

Fantasic Earbuds & Customer Service
These fit in my ears well and the sound is great! Most of the time I am only wearing one, but I love the noise cancellation when I use it. For the price these are well worth it. These are my 3rd pair of Tozo’s. My last earbuds fell down the drain so I upgrading to these, and my husbands has the headphones. Definitely would buy another pair. Great product and GREAT customer service.

Only 1 dislike, you gotta fidget around with finding your correct size of rubber buds. Luckily the instructions said they were by size. I didn’t see it on the outside but in the inside of the rubber bud. Thank goodness for that little design. They’re comfortable and will recommend if you want something for a great price. I’ve bought the T10 and T12 before but I think I enjoy these better. Having that Tozo app also is a great experience since I want to have my buds with a little more bass.

It works well.
I had a different version of these from the same company. They were shaped different and while they worked good, they hurt my ears a little bit over time. These guys don’t have that problem. They sound good, I sound good while using them to talk. Would buy again.

Great Value – Amazing, actually
I’ve been looking for something to replace my airpod pros and after testing MULTIPLE earbuds, these are the winner! My airpods always fall out and I was tired of the poor sound quality. I tried a variety of buds, from mid-high end to $15 cheepies. I’m pretty picky and these Tozo20 buds out-performed and out-fit all the others I tried. They stay in my ears, they sound great, the app allows for EQ adjustments and personalized quick touch adjustments, they pair seamlessly with iphone, and for the price – you can’t beat them! My first pair accidently went through the washer machine, but I love these so much I bought a second pair. My “washed” buds sat in rice for a week and now work just like new!

Budget buds with a great mic!
For a budget set of office or home-use earbuds, these offer excellent value. The Sound:These have a relatively bass-heavy sound signature, while still having clear mids and highs. Just like other Tozo models, the volume gets plenty loud for almost every scenario. Vocals are also very clear, making these great for listening to podcasts and calls as well as music. These aren’t $200+ neutral studio monitors, and they don’t try to be.The battery:These last a seriously long time between charging – hours and hours of listening time. I especially appreciate the independent battery meters on the case for each earbud, as I sometimes just use one and it’s nice to know where the charge is on each. The wireless charging for the case is a genius touch. Fast charging of the buds if you need a quick bump to squeak another hour out of them. The Fit:Very comfortable, with several sizes of rubber tips to choose from. Not quite the perfect “locked-in” feeling I get from my SkullCandy Crusher Evo buds, but these were still usable for workouts without falling out. Obviously these earbuds have stems – for those who prefer no stems, other models are going to be more your cup of tea.The Mic:Here’s where this set blows away earlier models like my Tozo T10s, Skullcandys, and various other budget sets in my drawer – this mic is exceptional for call clarity. This has been the traditional Achilles heel of budget earbuds, with the other models mentioned delivering frankly unacceptable call quality due to background noise. With these buds, conversations were clear even while driving in a Jeep with the top down.Noise Cancelling:These seal well enough to attenuate a good deal of sound, but of course they lack the true noise cancelling technology found in the NC line. The battery life is probably considerably longer without this feature, and in an office or home use setting these offer plenty of isolation. For people looking for earbuds primarily for travel use (with engine and road noise) or lots of loud droning sounds (vacuums, saws, etc.), I would recommend one of the noise-cancelling options over this model.Overall Verdict:These make a great budget earbud set, especially for those in home or office environments who need a good clear microphone.

Great earbuds for the price! Wish the noise cancelation was like thier NC9s.
I bought these due to sending my last pair of non-IP68 rated earbuds through the wash. While I don’t plan on testing that feature anytime soon was important to me when selecting a new pair. I love that Tozo’s battery housing now have both wireless and USB-C charging!I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of these affordable wireless earbuds. Despite their budget-friendly price, they managed to deliver a listening experience that went above and beyond my expectations. The sound quality, often a concern with budget earbuds, was surprisingly good. I found the audio crisp, with a well-balanced range that made my music, podcasts, and phone calls sound great. The bass, in particular, had a satisfying punch without overwhelming the mids and highs. The setup process was straightforward, and they paired seamlessly with my device. The Bluetooth range was surprisingly robust, allowing me to move around without losing connectivity. I’ve had no connectivity issues though several walls and one floor moving around my house while my phone sits on my desk.Comfort was another area where these earbuds shone. They fit securely in my ears and remained in place while working around the house. I appreciated the various ear tip sizes included, ensuring a custom fit for everyone. Appears to have the mid set shipped by default with two sizes larger and smaller.Battery life is better than my last pair of Tozo NC9s, lasting through ~4hr session with some 75% earbud battery remaining, consistent with the roughly 10.5hr life noted in the manual. The compact charging case charged them full fairly quick; I wasn’t timing it but like 30min? Since I throw the case on the wireless charger I haven’t seen it fall below 75% on the readout (which is nice). All in all, I’ve not experienced a low battery with my typical usage that happened occasionally with my last set.For the price, these earbuds truly represent a fantastic value. They’re proof that you don’t need to break the bank to enjoy a high-quality wireless listening experience. For the future, I’d like to see Tozo work on noise cancellation as these don’t do anything against the sound of a miter saw or lawn equipment. The audio controls are mostly nice but I find myself holding one earbud to hear someone and end up maxing the volume on the other ear… Customizing the controls would be greatUpdate: I installed the Tozo app and it does allow customizing the touch controls!

Outstanding Wireless Earbuds for This Price Point!
I wasn’t planning on writing a review on these earbuds. Especially since I have had issues with the pair I recently replaced. The more I used these, the more I like them!First, I am not an audiophile so if you are into classical music or very high definition listening, this review is not for you. I am a talk radio junkie. News, opinion shows and books are my focus. I tend to use these while working around the house or while traveling on a plane. For my use, these earbuds provide a very clear sound with no issues even with my somewhat diminished hearing. (too many jet engines serving in the Air Force which makes high tones more challenging) I don’t need to turn these up like I do watching TV. Much more pleasant! My last buds were constantly slipping regardless of the rubber pieces I tried. These stay seated even if I am chewing something! If they do slip slightly, they still don’t fall out like my old ones did.I realize these do not have active noise cancellation but I checked that box because they do a great job blocking out exterior noise so this has not been an issue.I don’t know how these buds compare to the high end $100 + models and to be honest, I doubt I could tell if I even tried those. For me, I look for clear audio, comfort and endurance. These buds fit the bill for me at an excellent price point. Even if I lost these like I did my last pair left in the back of a airliner seat (which I don’t miss since it gave me a reason to buy a new pair) I would not feel like I spent a high dollar amount. So far, five stars for me! They work great, are easy to pair and use, and don’t break the bank!

My 3rd set of TOZOs, and my favorite.
These are absolutely unbeatable for the price. I’ve had two prior generations of TOZO ear buds. The first set were awesome, but I lost them after a year. The second set were a major disappointment, just awkward, uncomfortable and not up to par on quality. This set blows them both out of the water. They are super comfortable, I wear them for hours. I have to use two different size rubber fittings for my awkward ears, but they fit perfectly. The audio quality is excellent without breaking the bank. They drown out the noise of power tools while I’m working on cars, and deliver crisp full range sound. They have EXCELLENT connection range so I can leave my phone on a shelf and go all over the garage, yard, and even through the house without connection disruption. The sound quality of calls on my side is fantastic, and people don’t complain about the sound quality on their end like they have with other Bluetooth headsets I’ve had in the past.At first I thought the display on the case was kind of gimmicky, but it’s actually super useful for knowing how much charge the case and each individual earbud have at any given time. I also love the flat bottom of the case to make it easier to set down and keep stationary, as well as keeping the display visible. They charge quickly and last for HOURS. I actually have yet to run them completely dead.Hoping not to lose this set, but even if I do, they’re so cheap I’ll gladly buy another set. I’m even considering preemptively buying a second set as a backup.

Tozo T20s – my second Tozo product
These T20 earbuds are the second Tozo earbuds I’ve purchased, and my fourth pair overall. As a value-conscious consumer, I’ve only purchased earbuds in the sub-$40 price range so far. Tozo T6s, Wyze Buds, Anker Soundcore P3i, and these Tozo T20s.I’ve attached a few pictures of the outside of the box, the components when unboxing, and a picture of one of the pages of the user manual that comes with the earbuds describing the specs and the “touch area” for the controls (sorry about the crappy lighting). The good:*The price/value – This is very important to me.*USB-C Charging – I really like my Tozo T6s, but the mini-USB on the bottom of the case was a pain. The T20s improve on that with a USB-C port on the back of the case.*The battery / charge display on the case – Another point I really like is the display on the case. When flipping the lid up or down, the display on the case provides clear visual feedback on the state of battery for the case itself, as well as the each of the earbuds when they are charging the the case. The Tozo T6s have multiple LEDs on the case to indicate charge (good), but the Wyze and P3i’s only have single LEDs to indicate if it’s charging or not, but no clear way to know if it’s 20%, 45%, 80%? I never knew how much I appreciated the T6 display until I tried the other earbuds and now the T20 display is EVEN BETTER.*IPX6 rating – Granted, I haven’t used these in the shower or underwater or out for my runs yet, but I do like that they’re waterproof and sweatproof. I sweat a lot when I run so if, one: I can get these to stay in my ear, and two: they don’t succumb to my sweat, I’ll be happy.*Mono listening – It’s important to me that I can use the left, or right, or both earbuds. Often I only have one earbud in so I don’t want earbuds that require you to keep both out of the case just to use them (Yes, some force you to do this. Why? I don’t know)The bad:*Pause upon removal – All my other buds will autopause my media if I remove an earbud. These T20s don’t. I hope that can be updated in the App or something, because I really like my podcasts to autopause when I have to pull my earbuds out because my wife or kids need my attention.(Update 2023/09/24) – This seems to be intermittent. It didn’t work on my computer, but it worked on my phone, which leads me to believe that the earbuds are designed for this, but the in/out-of-ear detection may just be a bit flawed.*These earbuds are NOT for audiophiles. For my usage – YouTube, podcasts, some gaming, and music, these are fine. If you’re capable of discerning that the 22Hz bass note is really supposed to be 24Hz in this song, then you probably need more fidelity than these sub $40 earbuds can provide.*Form factor – I’m still partial to the Tozo T6s form. It’s really just a personal preference. I’ve figured out that I prefer the earbuds without the kickstand that comes out of the ear.*Touch area (see picture) – it’s small, near the top of the buds, and doesn’t really provide any tactile feedback that “here’s where to need to press”. Again, personal preference. I prefer the T6s or the P3i’s (if you like the kickstand form factor) because the P3i’s tactile area is basically anywhere on the whole kickstand part. The OK / fine / “this just ‘is’ ” features / operation:*Bluetooth pairing & first use – I was able to pair these buds up to my computer without issue. Some of the other buds say “Connecting” or “Pairing” or make some unique startup sound upon first use or when they don’t have a connection, but I didn’t hear anything out of the T20s.*Controls – I’m not sure if I can change the button presses in the Tozo App, some earbuds have that feature but I haven’t downloaded the App yet. The volume, pause, and next/previous track controls do work as described in the included manual, though I noticed that on my computer that the Volume+ and Volume- were in increments of 5, i.e. once I paired them to my computer and set my volume to “48” in Windows, the Vol+ went to 53 then 58 then 63…same thing on the way back down. I did not have a chance to test the voice assistant or phone call controls yet.*App – haven’t tried it yet, but out of the box the earbuds work. Small tweaks / customizations I would make in the app would be changes to the actions for what button presses do, options to pause media when the earbuds are removed.(Update 2023-09-24) – Not quite sure why the app is 80+MB, but it does have some sample music tracks, allows you to tweak the EQ on these T20s, and allows you to reconfigure the button presses. It prompts you to signup for a Tozo account, but it allows you to skip it as well. It is good that Tozo does NOT require an account to using the app, though it’s clear from the UI design that a Tozo account is heavily encouraged.*Dings – As I write this review, I have other media paused in the background. About every 10-15mins or so, the left earbuds is sending a chime. Yes, just the left one. I don’t know if this is to indicate “Hey, I’m still on, using battery, connected to your computer” or a “Disconnect/Reconnect” event or what this chime means.Things that I haven’t really had a chance to test, but will report back if/when I do:*Phone Audio Quality – I have a loud coworker that I take conference calls next to. When using the T6s, I get complaints from colleagues that they can hear him. I’m going to try these T20s to see if the microphone is better in background noise reduction.*Noise cancelling – I wouldn’t hang my hat on this feature. I’m sure it’s there, but if you’ve ever had a chance to use legitimate noise cancelling headphones, these won’t hold a candle to those. Generally though, if you size your ear tips correctly (Tozo provides a few different sizes with the buds), then they do a good job isolating noise.*Battery Life – Not sure how long these will last, but if they’re anything like the T6s, I’m pretty happy with how long the battery goes, and how quick it charges.Would I recommend?Yes! If you’re looking for some functional earbuds that won’t break the bank, I’d give these Tozo buds a chance to see if they’re a fit for you.

Great earbuds with at least one major caveat
I’m going to preface this review by saying that this is the first Tozo review I’ve written, primarily because I couldn’t find a helpful review, video, or blog post about the T20s anywhere when I was researching before I purchased. Full disclaimer, Tozo is my favorite “budget” earbud brand. And no, I was not paid to post this review and or given anything for free in exchange for my review (if my rating didn’t give that away). This is going to be a very long review, so tldr; the fit is good, the sound is phenomenal, but making phone calls was unsuccessful outside of a completely silent environment. If you don’t want ANC and don’t need to make phone calls, the T20s pack some truly “best in class” features. To start, I wasn’t kidding when I said Tozo is my favorite “budget” brand of earbuds. I own T9s (my “daily” drivers), T10s (my go-to gym buds), T12s (primarily for travel – they are SUPER comfortable), and a pair of NC2’s. I was gifted the NC2’s by a family member after they heard me rave about the brand so often, but all other pairs I purchased for under $50 each, and probably closer to between $30-40/pair, hence the “budget” reference. The T20s are the first pair of Tozo buds I’ve spent more than $50 on, and the most I’ve spent on a Tozo product to date. At this price point, I feel like being critical is justified.Let’s start with the pros:- Sound. One word: outstanding. I seriously can’t believe how good these sound for under $100. I would put them up against my wife’s Beats Studio Buds or my old pair of AirPod Pros (1st Gen) any day. If I had to find something to be critical about here, I’d say the bass could be a bit deeper (the T10s have awesome bass, by comparison, and Beats are obviously best-in-class in this area), but honestly, they still win out over those 1st gen AirPod Pros.- Comfort. I’m going to put this in the Pros, but overall I’d say they’re only slightly above average here. They feel good enough to be a daily driver, but I’d say they’re still pretty comparable to the fit of the much cheaper T9s. By comparison, the T12s are the most comfortable buds I’ve ever owned. These T20s are obviously a different style than the T12s, so I’d expect them to fit differently, but they aren’t constantly falling out of my ears like similarly designed buds from other brands, so that’s a win.- The case. I could write an entire chapter about how much I love this case. The size is convenient, the weight and finish have a premium feel, the display is clear (and from what I can tell, accurate), the lid closes securely and isn’t even the slightest bit flimsy, wireless charging works flawlessly, the design choice to put the usb-c port on the back of the case instead of the bottom like so many others is a stroke of genius, the buds are very easy to remove and replace, and the ability for the case to stand upright on its own is the bow on top. I will note that somehow my case came with some kind of dent or scratch on it, but since I can’t say for sure that it left the factory like that and I love everything else functionally and aesthetically so much, I can’t ding these earbuds for that.- Battery Life. Again, I’ll put this in the Pros, but I’d still say it’s probably about average overall. The battery life is rated to be about the same as the NC2s, but I honestly rarely use those as I find that I probably get closer to 6hrs per charge instead of the 10hrs advertised. I haven’t let the T20s completely run out of battery, but I’ve run them multiple times for at least 8 hours out of the case listening to music, podcasts, and watching videos (I’ll be discussing calls in the next section), so I’m confident saying that the battery life advertised is accurate.- Gestures. Gestures work flawlessly; they are even borderline too sensitive. I much prefer the increased sensitivity to a lack of it, and definitely prefer the sensor over the physical buttons on the T10s. I often find myself accidentally pausing music when adjusting the earbuds, even when I’m very careful about where I touch, so some people might see this as more of a con.Moving on to the Cons:- Connectivity. This seems primarily dependent on what I’m connected to. When I connect to my MacBook, I never have issues with connectivity. When I’m connected to my iPhone 14 Pro, I run into *fairly* frequent issues where I get either feedback of some sort (usually brief static) or one or both earbuds will quickly skip in and out. This seems to happen whether my phone is in my hand or sitting 2 feet away on my desk. At first I wanted to blame my phone, especially since this doesn’t seem to happen with my MacBook, but this doesn’t happen with any other buds I own, Tozo or otherwise. It’s probably something minor that a future firmware update will fix.- Range. I can’t say that the range of these earbuds is any worse than the other Tozos I own (I can maybe get about 10ft from my phone before I start to lose connection), but at nearly double the price point of the other buds, I’d have to say this is a negative. $50+ earbuds should just have bette range, IMO. This is one area where even my old 1st Gen AirPod Pros excelled. With those AirPods, I remember once driving away from my house and I probably got at least 20 yards (maybe more) from my house before I lost connection and realized I had left my phone at home.- Phone Calls. Phone calls are the MAIN reason for my overall 2* rating. If these buds had better phone calls, these would be at least 4* buds, and possibly even 5* with a future firmware update fixing the connection stability. Phone calls are an absolute necessity for me, and the experience making calls with the T20s has been so poor that I consider them almost unusable. The voice on the other end comes through crystal clear, but apparently I am so hard to hear in an environment that’s not “library silent” that I literally can’t take phone calls anywhere outside of my home office. Whether I’m in the car or somewhere with even more background noise like a grocery store, or even worse, the gym, I’m constantly being asked to repeat myself or told to “just call back later when I’m not busy.” It’s become such an inconvenience that I’ve had to stop using the T20s altogether despite all of their otherwise great qualities. To make matters worse, even Siri and Alexa are constantly asking me to repeat myself, or making some completely unrelated action or comment, when I activate the voice control function. Maybe this can be fixed with a firmware update as well, but there’s clearly something wrong with the microphone out of the box.Honorable mentions:- The Tozo App. I’m sure the app is great, but the sound is so good out of the box, I really don’t think it’s needed. If you’re more of an audiophile than I am, or prefer different genres of music (I’m a self-proclaimed metal head), you might get more use out of it than I did. It offers a wide array of default sound profiles, as well as the ability to customize your own. I also like that it shows the current battery life and you can use it to easily update the firmware when needed. It’s also completely free.- IPX8. I didn’t test this, but IPX8 (true waterproof) with this style bud is pretty awesome.- Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). No, these are not noise canceling earbuds. In my experience, noise cancelling is great when it works, but just nukes the battery. These buds fit snugly and securely enough in my ears that I really don’t miss the ANC. This is personal preference, of course, so your mileage may vary.To summarize: the problems with phone calls were a deal breaker for me, but if you’re not going to use the T20s for calls and have a budget between $50-100, these are, hands-down, the best earbuds I’ve tried in this price range with a few small caveats mentioned above. Sound quality, physical build quality, and comfort are stand out features. If you’re like me, you’ve researched and compared every earbud in this price range you can find. Also, if you’re like me, you were frustrated when you couldn’t find a single review, YouTube video, or Reddit post that even mentions the T20s let alone actually reviews them (at least at the time of writing). If you’ve made it this far, hopefully you got something useful out of this review. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Another Winner from TOZO
These ear buds are similar to The Crystal earbuds. I found the bass response to be very goodFitment – As with most of the TOZO lineup, these earbuds come with multiple sized silicone tips so it’s easy to get a good fit. The correct tip is needed to keep the earbuds securely in place as well as to achieve the noise reduction.App – The app gives detailed battery info (as does the case with both the charge percentage on the case front along with bar indicators for each earbud) and also allows you to customize your listening experienceSound – As with the other TOZO earbuds I have… NC9, NC7, A2, and the Tonal Dots, the sound quality and bass is great. I find them pretty balanced right out of the box, however, I appreciate more bass. With the app I can amp it up or down depending on my preference.Battery – I am currently using these as my workout earbuds. Wearing them for an hour or so as well as any phone calls, I have yet to get them lower than about 60% after a couple days. Since they wirelessly charge, I just toss them on my desktop charger. You can also charge the case using a USB-C cableRange- I was able to stay connected on all three floors in the house. I did finally drop when my phone was in the garage and I tried to walk to the far side of the house. They reconnected almost immediately.Noise Cancel / Reduction – These earbuds have noise reduction provided you have correct fitting silicone tips installed. I found that they did a decent job blocking out saws, shop vacs, etc while working in the garage. They are not as effective as the Active Noise Cancellation, but still pretty good.Multi-Device Support – you can only connect to one device at a time. These are a great inexpensive option with excellent sound quality and plenty of features. I personally prefer Active Noise Cancellation in my main Earbuds, however this is a good split giving good noise reduction so you can still hear people trying to get your attention.

So far, amazing!
Great packaging and set up was a breeze. My first long phone call with my critical brother, was absolutely perfect. Tested background noise, etc. All good. For the last hour, very comfortable. I think I found a gem of a deal. Most important was phone calls, and this seems to be perfect for what I need. Music sounds great too. Can’t beat the price. If I lost these or they crapped out in short time, at this price, very easy to replace. I’m a new fan of Tozo.

Good Value Earbuds
This is a good product so far. I got 2 sets for my kids for Xmas and they are still holding up well. I lost my expensive Sony ones at the gym so I got another for set of these for myself and I think they are just as good. Connect to Bluetooth easily. Fit well. Stay on pretty well. Sound is good, and Noise Cancelling works fine. Cons – It’s a little tricky learning how to use the touch controls and you can’t touch them to adjust the fit without turning them off or skipping the song, etc. Also they start auto playing my music on my phone when I connect them. I don’t like that. I want to choose when and what I play. Just because I connect them to my Bluetooth doesn’t necessarily mean that I want to start playing music. I haven’t figured out how to disable that feature.

Excellent Bass, Clarity and Quality!
Did a little research on bass-heavier earbuds, and TOZO was listed by several sites as a top-rated brand for well under $100 less than their competitors. Had already tried several other earbuds and was disappointed with how dull they sounded, resulting in their respective returns. But man, these things are great! It sounds like I’m listening to my Spotify tunes in my car, which already has a good sound system in its own right. Made a phone call with them as well, and the person on the other end said they could hear me perfectly. I could hear and speak to them without issue also. Nice packaging and a very easy to read/open charging case as well. Also included are 6 sizes of eartips (including the ones mounted prior), so that you can easily find the ones that best fit your ears. Top notch quality for a great price! Highly recommend!

No longer connect update customer svc fixed!
I reached out to customer service and they recommended pressing the touch pads 6 seconds while in the case to clear pairing. Took them out and they paired right back up. !!! I really like these otherwise so I hope they continue to work.I’ve had these three months and I’ve enjoyed them for what they are. Then suddenly I tried to use them and they will not pair with the only thing I paired them with. Tried removing them and re adding them. Nothing. They will connect to the app and say they are connected to the phone but will do nothing. Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Impressive Earbuds
The TOZO T20 wireless earbuds are a true gem in the world of audio accessories. From the moment I put them on, I was impressed by the clarity and depth of the sound. The bass is powerful yet balanced, providing an immersive listening experience. The earbuds themselves are comfortable to wear for extended periods, and I appreciate the sleek and ergonomic design. The charging case is compact and provides additional charges on the go. Overall, the TOZO T20 wireless earbuds offer exceptional audio quality and comfort, making them a top choice for music lovers.

Will never buy another expensive earbuds
Battery life, BT connection, etc., it’s all around better than my $150+ earbuds, except for sound quality which I can’t tell the difference because I’m not an audiophile. The battery display on the case is super convenient too. These wireless earbuds will have dead batteries within 2 years, they are all disposable gadgets no matter how expensive they are, I don’t see any reason to spend hundreds of dollars on them when a $30 product is this good.

Great quality, for a great price!!
I love these earbuds! They fit in very comfortably, and the sound quality is really good!! The bass could be a little better, but honestly, for the price, it really doesn’t get any better than these! Also, unlike the previous model, these only have the touch feature at the top of the earbuds, which is REALLY good, bcs it prevents accidentally pausing/skipping the song if u need to readjust!!Lastly, I also like the fact that not only does the case show the charge of the case itself, but also the charge of each earbud!!I highly recommend these!!

You may like these. I didn’t
There’s some confusion about terminologies. Environmental noise canceling ENC is not the same as active noise canceling ANC. The ANC reduces noise coming from the outside. The ENC is supposed to reduce noise on a phone conversation. I have the Tozo NC2 and was looking for an upgrade. The NC2 works well on an airplane to cut down the noise. That’s not the case with the T20. The bass on the NC2 is much better, but if you’re an audio file, you may feel that the T20 has slightly more clarity. A bass booster may improve the T20 a bit, but I didn’t want to sacrifice my personal information to install the app. It comes down to what you’re used to listening to. If you’re used to Bose then you will like Bose headphones. If you used to Sony, then you will like Sony headphones. Both models of the Tozo headphones are very comfortable. Your are supplied with different sizes of covers. Both models have excellent sound, but I prefer the NC2.

TOZO warranty
About 2 months after receiving the earbuds, the left one stopped working. Of course this was after amazons return window closed so they were no help at all, but I did manage to find the warranty page on TOZOs website and reach out to them. After asking me to do some quick troubleshooting steps they determined that the earbuds were in fact defective and have sent me a replacement pair. While I’m disappointed in the original product having problems, the customer service at TOZO is good and I appreciate them wanting to improve my experience.

Standout Bluetooth Headphones!
The TOZO T20 Wireless headphones have become a trusted companion for my daily music listening, delivering impressive overall performance despite a few minor shortcomings. The LED display that shows the battery level is a brilliant addition. This simple yet effective feature eliminates guesswork by ensuring users always know the headphones’ remaining battery life. With this small detail, the headphones provide a hassle-free user experience. When it comes to audio quality, the TOZO T20 headphones truly shine. They deliver crystal clear, rich, and immersive sound across all genres, from bass-heavy tracks to nuanced classical pieces. The exceptional audio quality consistently provides an outstanding listening experience. The app integration further enhances the experience by allowing personalization of audio settings for a tailored listening experience. By accommodating a variety of ear shapes and sound preferences, these versatile earbuds aim to provide an optimized listening experience for all users. Now for the downside. The earbuds have touch sensitivity, which is responsive and easy to use, but there is a slight issue with repositioning. Whenever I try to move my earbuds around, I find that the touch sensitivity causes my music to pause. This is a minor issue, but it can be annoying when trying to listen to music without interruptions. All in all, you can’t go wrong with the sound, the earbud fits well, the convenient features, the LED display, the app integration, the overall design, and the fact that it’s a wireless headphone. The only downside is that there’s a touch sensitivity issue when repositioning the earbuds, but the pros outweigh the cons. So if you’re a music lover looking for quality and comfort, you’ve come to the right place.

Great sound and comfortable
So good I bought a 2nd pair after I forgot mine during vacation. Great sound and was perfect drowning out airplane noise. Battery life lasts so works for those long flights and trips. Stays in the ear too which is a plus (there’s different cushion sides)

A great pair of earbuds for the price point!
These are a great pair of earbuds for the price point! Get it. You won’t regret it!These earbuds are almost identical to the TOZO NC2’s. The only difference is that the T20’s charging case gives you a digital readout of the battery life left in percentages (0 – 100%). The NC2’s charging case gives you the battery life in 4 digital dots.I’ve found the T20’s to be comparable in SOUND QUALITY to my AirPods Pro (1st gen). I love the bass on the T20’s. It’s punchy and boomy (depending on the song), and these earbuds give you a nice balance of the bass, the mids, and the highs. I would say its sound is close to the TOZO T10’s. Moreover, the bass on the T20’s are more pronounced in comparison to my AirPods Pro (1st gen)—the only thing that I do not like about the AirPods Pro. So, when I want to listen to music or watch Netflix on my downtime (while blocking out other responsibilities), I turn to my T20’s rather than my AirPods Pro.There are a couple of CONS: (1) The T20’s do not have ANC (active noise cancelling) for regular listening (music, podcast, Netflix, etc.). Yet, the seal on the earbud tips are adequate to block out much of the surrounding noise. (2) The T20’s are not as seamless as the AirPods Pro when it comes to connecting to my array of apple devices. For example, I can connect the T20’s to 3 Apple devices (iPad Pro 12.9, iPhone 13 Pro, and to my MacBook Pro 14). But in order to connect to these devices for the first time, I had to turn off the bluetooth on all the devices and leave it on on the device I’m trying to connect. After the initial bluetooth connection is made, in order to switch from one device to another, I had to turn off the bluetooth function on the devices I do not want to listen to, and leave the bluetooth function on on the device I want to listen to. That’s the only hassle. So, the major PRO (for me) on the T20’s is the sound quality, especially the punchy bass (that does not overwhelm the mid’s and the high’s). Enjoy!

Relativamente satisfecho

Impressed and satisfied with Tozo’s latest version earbuds
I really like that this new product, especially the Tozo App feature allowing users to customize and optimize their hearing experience. This is especially great for musicians. I have yet to try this but will update this review as needed.I have gotten a few of Tozo’s older earbuds versions like the A1 and NC2 and those worked great for me too in the past. I’m just due for a new upgrade and have lost my current ones. A strong suggestion/critque I would make is to have Tozo create their own case holders for their products. I’ve bought some from other parties on Amazon before and they didn’t work too well. However, Tozo continues to improve the features and quality of their products while still keeping it affordable and practical, which I really appreciate. I got the red colored version, and I noticed that the ear tips had engraved letters to differentiate the sizes which is helpful.*In case anyone may be wondering, there are no actual buttons to press on earbuds, just touch sensors to operate them. I wasn’t sure as that wasn’t made very clear on here. Noice cancellation and sound quality is great so far too, thank you Tozo!

Buy if your looking for Earbuds
Keep in mind I don’t use earbuds much but rather prefer over-ear headphones, however recently my headphones broke down so I decided to give some earbuds a try. These are good, not to the level that’s it’s revolutionizing but just good. They are like that one ice cream flavor that may not be your favorite but you still enjoy regardless. So although I like over-war headphones, these come close to them. The noise cancellation is on automatically and blocks off most small sounds in your surroundings such as maybe a door opening or closing or footsteps. However you can still hear some louder sounds such as those of a fan. Even then you can make the noise cancellation even stronger by finding the perfect ear tips things from the ones they give you.The box comes with a selection of ear tips they give you ranging from extra small to extra extra large. This means no matter what your war size may be from overuse of earbuds, you can still use them comfortably while making them fit. This was major for me as my previous earbuds that I used as a backup had an issue so only the right side worked. This meant my right ear canal sort of got looser while my left stayed the same. However with these earbuds I could just make the size on my right earbuds slightly bigger then my right and they would be good to go.The sound is really good as well. I have them on the lowest possible decimal limit on iphones(75) and at max volume these sound perfect for me. None of my previous headphones did that including the over-ear ones. At time they might sound a bit lower due to external noise so I can just turn the decimal limit up to 80 and that’s all I need. So not only can I keep my ears safe, I can also listen to some nice music. Also did I mention these earbuds have an app? Yeah I didn’t know either until I read the instruction manual for them. The app has a cool interface with all its animations and statistics about the earbuds. It tells you how much battery each earbud has while also having an equalizer area where you can customize it how you like. The equalizer can also allow you to increase the earbuds volume by 5 or decrease it by 5. You can also do software updates from the app and keep the earbuds up to date. Finally you’re able to even change the controls on the earbuds.Without the app the earbuds would have been a solid 8/10 however the app pushed them up to a 9/10. I would give it a 10/10 but I feel like 9/10 is more fitting for it. Like I said before it’s like that one ice cream flavor that may not be your favorite but still hits good when you try it. Also the price is really good as well, marking in at about $28 including tax when I got these. Without tax they would be 26 due to the $4 off coupon and the sale it was on.

TOZO reigns supreme!
Already have two pairs of Tozo T9s, saw these new ones on sale and gave them a try. Another fantastic earbud for a great price. I am very hard on earbuds and view them as a consumable item I’ll have to replace sooner rather than later. I work construction and usually have at least one of these in for a minimum of 8 hours a day, as well as a couple hours at the gym and podcasts in the evenings. These are exposed to sweat, sawdust, drywall dust, paint overspray, etc. – I abuse them. I have averaged about 6 pairs of earbuds per year over the last decade, both corded and eventually moving to wireless. On my first pair or Tozo T9s, the right bud finally pooped out after almost a year and a half and I still use the left one at work where I can only wear one at a time. I’ve had much more expensive buds (JBL, Klipsch, Raycon, Anker Soundcore Pro, etc.) that didn’t last nearly as long. The best part is that the Tozos also have fantastic sound quality! Maybe a dedicated audiophile can tell the difference between these and a much more expensive pair, but to me, earbuds all sounds either “great” “acceptable” or “bad” and these definitely fit under the “great” category. My wife has Airpods and some Beats buds she got for free and I honestly prefer these – the sound is mostly the same to me but these fit(and stay) in my ear much better. I will say that the touch function of the T9s is easier than these simply because of the flatter profile, but both these and the T9s are 10/10 in my opinion. Another positive is that the battery in them last the whole work day and will recharge(quickly) a few times from the carrying case.Give them a try, even if you end up not liking them as much as your $200 pair, you’ll at least have a fantastic “beater” pair to use that you aren’t worried about messing up or losing! I will continue buying exclusively Tozos until they’re no longer such a fantastic value!EDIT:So I lost one of my T20 buds for about a week and a half and today just found it in my driveway. Though it somehow managed to not get ran over, it did go through a major thunderstorm and had dried out in the driveway. Dang thing still works and the sound quality isn’t even diminished! So while I obviously wouldn’t recommend getting your earbuds wet, this one had to have been completely soaked and somehow still works fine. Even more impressed!!

T20 to NC2 comparison
My music sounds so great with these! Tozo is my favorite brand of earbuds because of the price, quality, and high number of features. I also have the Tozo NC2 earbuds and can compare.Overall: The T20s sound much better than my NC2s, but the NC2s have features I will miss, like transparent mode and in-ear detection.Appearance: The case for the T20 is much less slippery than the NC2s. Small thing, but if you’re on a train or bus where bumps happen unexpectedly, you’ll appreciate a little more grip. The case is also slightly smaller.Sound: The T20s sound much better than my NC2s. No question about it. The T20s can also be used with the app, which has the manual equalizer, but the NC2s can not. The app also allows you to re-set what happens when you hit the touch control, and this is very convenient. Truly, this is an upgrade.Size: The NC2s are much easier to remove from the case. Anyone with the T20s can tell you that this has been a problem. Also, these earbuds seem to fit my ear better and more comfortably.Power: The T20s case can be charged on a charging pad. I love this feature! I just put my phone and earbuds down at night, and when I wake up in the morning, they are ready to go! The case has a power level on the outside, so you can easily see when it’s time to recharge it. This is a flex!Cons:There are some areas where the NC2s were better, though and for this I have to take off one star. The NC2s can be set to transparent mode, which allows you to hear what’s going on around you. This is helpful if you are walking and want to hear traffic around you or if you are in the office and want to hear other people when they call your name. I am truly going to miss this feature. The NC2s also have in-ear detection, so when I’m listening to music and remove an earbud, the music pauses until I re-insert the earbud. I’ll miss this feature too.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent sound quality, comfort, and endurance.
Where to begin… After opening the comedically oversized delivery box, I removed and proceeded to open the box, which itself was of a build quality akin to a jeweler’s box for a respectable time piece. The charging case has a nice texture and solid build quality, in addition to having a large and bright numeral battery percentage display when opened. The earbuds themselves are of a high-quality build, with an excellent form factor that is both comfortable and functional. The quality of the audio and mic are exceptional, even before downloading the Tozo app to fine tune the audio output for personal preference. They possess a good dynamic range and perceived depth of sound. I have yet to put IPX8 rating to the test as others have done successfully, but I’m not one to torture test a product unless I receive the product at no cost to myself for the purpose of testing and reviewing. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them to friends and family. I’d put them in the same tier as AirPods in terms of build quality, sound quality, functionality, and comfort, and the Tozo T20 earbuds come in at just a fraction of the price.Honestly, I’m tempted to buy another pair or two as my primary backups.

Excellent Value
I have owned several of TOZO’s products and I have found them to be of consistently high quality and an excellent value. I compared these TOZO T20 earbuds to my Samsung earbuds and found that the sound quality listening to music was excellent and certainly the equal of the Samsung’s at a fraction of the price. I also compared the sound quality using the phone, and found it comparable to Samsung’s. The app is also excellent and has many more sound modes when listening to music than the Samsung’s app has. The only thing I would have liked to see is an option to hear ambient sound, which I don’t believe is available on the TOZO but is available on the Samsung. But other than that I have no complaints, and have no hesitation recommending these earbuds.

Great sound, awesome battery!
The sound is wonderful, you clearly get all the the highs and lows with a rich overall sound. I only use these for my workouts. My gym has a room for youngsters and apparently, for some reason unknown to me, screaming is not discouraged in this current generation and the room does not have a ceiling-so these are essential. I’m new to earbuds, so just a bit of a learning curve, but they work well. They come with plenty of sleaves for a good fit and the battery goes forever (love the readout so your not guessing if they will last through your task!). I purchased the blue color so I could easily locate in purse or wherever and it’s very pretty. No regrets!

***PLEASE READ***
I only uploaded a photo, so you would stop and read. This is my second pair of TOZO. (It is only my second because I recently lost the last pair.) I wanted to give an honest opinion of a REAL person. Not that all the other reviews are not real. What I mean, is I am ruthless with my earbuds. I have owned many pairs over my life time. Some major brand names where they are so expensive I didn’t want to use them, and ultimately they did not pass the test. These however, are on par, or even better in some cases in regard to sound quality. The battery life is outstanding. The ease of use, the touch buttons, the bluetooth pairing, the noise cancelling and the quality of sound from phone calls, to music all deserve a 10. But for me, the ultimate sell point. The durability. I am horrible with these, drop them everywhere, ran over them in the case, and like everyone else at one time or another by mistake, I threw them in the washing machine and the dryer. Guess what, I put them in, and worked like nothing had happened. Also I would like to mention the noise cancelling part. I frequently use my zero turn, saws, gas powered tools and a few other contraptions that make far too much sound. These have no issue at all filtering out the noise. Also, for those of you who are parents or just need a moment or two of silence . These will do the trick . (I am not advocating for tuning your children out, we all know sometimes you just need a moment or two to yourself)***I would also like to point out, no one paid me for this. I am not getting any kickbacks for this review. It is just that sometimes, things really ARE worth the money you pay for them and I wanted to share my experience.*** I will also update this review if anything changes.

Wish I could have gotten them sooner!
Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of these TOZO T20 Wireless Earbuds! From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed by the sleek design and premium feel. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, allowing me to move freely without any interruptions. I also love the long battery life, ensuring that I can enjoy my favorite tunes throughout the day without worrying about recharging. Plus, the comfortable fit makes them perfect for extended wear. Overall, these earbuds exceed my expectations in every way and have become an essential part of my daily routine. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Tozo!
I was given a pair of Tozo Tonal Dots for Christmas last year. Unfortunately, even though the sound quality was amazing, they did not fit my ears correctly. I contacted Tozo customer service and explained the problem. I offered to return the Tonal Dots for another product that fit better. Tozo customer service sent me a pair of T20 wireless earbuds that solved my problem completely! The sound quality and fit of the T20’s were excellent. I did not expect this level of customer service, but it was greatly appreciated. I have owned many pairs of Tozo products in the past because of their high quality and reasonable price. I will definitely continue to support this company in the future. .

Perfect buds, won’t break bank
Pretty impressed for such an affordable pair of ear buds. All the big bad sound companies and they’re over priced, slightly better products that are price gouged for us all the time, can KMA! Lol. So if you’re out for just hearing all your stuff as you like with simple, easy to use, decent, inexpensive, good quality buds by some no namers, these are perfect! They get the job done, they’ll last long enough, you’ll get your money’s worth in the first week, and all you’ll have to worry about is not being able to brag you got the best, douchy top brand ear buds for $300! Lol

Best for the price
I had the T6 version for about 18 months and while I loved the battery life and quality of sound, they looked a little silly sitting in ym ears and due to the shape of them, the weight constantly pulled them out of my ears. I finally had to replace them when I misplaced one of the earbuds, otherwise I could’ve used them for years longer. Now about the T20. I’ve had them about 15 minutes and already it’s such a relief to have them feel secure in my ears. The sound is even better than the T6. I also love that there are dual mics in the T20 version, so I don’t have to scramble for the R earbud every time I get a phone call.Don’t waste your money on the A3 version. Felt odd in the ear and sound was terrible.I’m a huge fan of the T20’s! Will update on durability.

Great Sound Quality At A Great Price!
When I use these earbuds with my Ipad, the sound quality and power is Incredible. They fit great in the ear and don’t fall out. The battery lasts for many hours before having to recharge them in the case. I like how the case shows how much charge is left and that you can charge them wirelessly. The Tozo app is also cool because you have the EQ and if you like more Bass you can change the settings to your preference.

It’s mid, honestly
Maybe I had too high of hopes for these, but after seeing so many rave reviews, I thought these would be better. First, they do not stay securely in my ears, and I’ve tried 4 of the different size caps they’ve provided. The smallest work best for me, but even so, if I even smile, perhaps laughing at a podcast I’m listening to, they will pop halfway out of my ears. If I’m listening to music and singing, I have to constantly readjust them to stay in place. After a while of walking I also have to re-secure them. If I stretch with them in, they fall out. And this happened with multiple sizes, so I don’t know, maybe I just have wonky ears? (This is inspiring me to try again with another size, lol, because it’s just so annoying!) When they’re in there just right they feel great, but it never lasts. The other most annoying thing is how insanely sensitive the touch controls are, and they are located exactly where you need to grab the buds to readjust. I’ve gotten better after a few weeks, but for the first little while I was constantly starting and stopping what I was listening to, or accidentally changing the volume, and even now I have to be extremely careful. It’s so sensitive that when my HAIR brushes against it, it will stop. All that being said, the sound is pretty good, no worse than my (5+ year) old Bose ones. I don’t know how they’d compare if both were new. And the battery life is excellent for my purposes. I never have them in for more than 1-2 hours at a time, so they last me several weeks. So ultimately the aggravations are not enough for me to return these, but that’s in part because it’s such a pain. I have a feeling I might be asking for a new pair of Bose when my birthday rolls around, but for now, they’ll get me through.

Best value and great quality
I’m really impressed by these ear pods, they sound great! Nice clarity and exceptional bass. Noise cancellation is better than most, and the key is that you need to use the “right” sized ear pads/inserts. (it comes with 4 different sizes, so that was thoughtful on their part). I use the biggest ear pads/inserts, which fit my ears the best, provide the most noise cancellation, and also boosts the bass response a little more. Bluetooth pairing was a piece of cake (for both Android and iPhone). Comes with an 8″ USB to USB-C charging cable.I liked these so much, that I purchased several more! I have a pair in the car for when I goto the gym, a pair in my golf bag, a pair I used a home for my Peloton, I got a pair for my daughter (who LUVS them), and I got an extra pair just to have around in case I lose one of the others,…. I may go back and buy some more before they’re all gone. And what’s really cool, is this is an EXCEPTIONAL VALUE for what you get! We’re gonna toss out all our other ear pods since we love these so much.

Nice quality and sound
Solid construction, nice packaging and accessories. These earbuds look, sound, and feel like they should be a lot more expensive. Get some Tozo’s for the whole family for less than one pair of Apple or Samsung buds would cost you. so far I’m impressed and am looking forward to enjoying these guys until I eventually lose one or both in the couch or the dog crunches them. Still, a replacement pair won’t break the bank, so I think I’ll be very happy.

Great sound, good fit
Although I prefer the sound for the Tonal Dots, these ones have a better fit. It’s nice to have the digital display for the better level and they connect automatically.Be sure to use the TOZO app to adjust the equalizer before judging the sound quality. Without the adjustments, the sound is a bit flat. But once you adjust the equalizer, it’s quite good.

Great budget earbuds from a dependable brand
I bought these earbuds looking to solve a specific problem: I needed affordable wireless earbuds that I could keep in the office to use for conference calls. As I have my own office, ANC was not a deal-breaker, but having clarity hearing and being heard was essential. These little guys fit the bill to a tee. My first experience with these was the device pairing. Having had other TOZO products, I was skeptical of this process as others have required pairing through their app. While not overly complex, it is an extra step I would prefer to avoid. I was pleasantly surprised when the earbuds immediately registered in my phone’s bluetooth scan upon opening the case (NOTE: open the case but do not take them out until paired). Once paired I took them out of the case.Their form factor is small, with a small black charging case. It’s very convenient having the battery display on the actual case. Another positive for me was the the charging methods the case allowed for. You can charge via USB-C or wireless charging pad. As a I have a phone that charges via USB-C, knowing I would not have to carry yet another cable is appealing. The wireless charging was just an added bonus. One thing to note is that the charging coils are on the bottom of charging case and not the back like other earbuds I’ve had. So when wireless charging, the case is standing up vs. laying flat on its back. Not a big deal, but I did question whether the wireless charging was working until referring back to the pictures to see how it needed to charge. Now on to performance. I’ve used the earbuds for about 4 hours since purchasing a few days ago and have been impressed with the clarity of music, podcasts, and calls. You are not going to get the richest bass from these. But what you will get is crystal clear sound – which is what I was looking for. I can’t review the active call noise cancellation as I only used it from my desk and not around others. One feature that would have really put these over the top would have been a multipoint option so that I can could seamless which between connecting to my computer and phone. At this price point it is really more of a wish-list item than a miss. While I haven’t tested the product’s stated battery life, I have used for a couple of hours at a time without issue. Overall, I’m pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone looking for a pair of entry-level earbuds.

Amazing value
I have had these buds for a couple of months now. The price threw me a little and I was not expecting a lot; however, I was pleasantly surprised at the crisp sound they delivered. They are adjustable for different size ears. Mine are small, so that helped with the comfort factor. The battery level on the outside of the charging case is very helpful as well. I know right away if I need charging or not.The noise canceling feature works good as I can talk on the phone and can be heard easily, even when I’m outside doing yardwork. The buds stay connected to my phone for up to about 40-50 feet, so I can leave my phone and not have to carry it with me all the time. My only disappointment is that when listening to music, the song will speed up and/or skip to the next song at times when I bend over. The controls may be a bit sensitive.

Excellent product
I love these earbuds. They’re comfortable, have great sound quality, and are a good value. I had an issue with them no longer pairing to my phone, but was unable to find the help I needed online. I contacted customer support, and they got back to me immediately with correct reset instructions (confirming my suspicion that a reset was what I needed). That did the trick. I will not hesitate to buy Tozo products in the future.
