The worst product I ever bought..
This stove was installed on Feb. 8 2023 and after talking to 8 tech support people, two holes to the outside of my home and replacing 4 POF’s the most the stove stayed lite was 3 hours. After the 6th call (same person twice) and being told there was no way the stove wasn’t working and taking 19 pics of stove from inside installation and pics of it from all sides including outside exhaust installation then sending the pics by email no one ever called or emailed me all this after being treated like I was lying and stupid by a young lady I gave up and asked for refund which Amazon done without hesitation unlike the CS at US stove which in my case was just a waste of time and a belittling experience if I could give US stove CS a zero star it would still be to many..

Works
Have been running this for 3 years now. I clean the burn pot daily. I stopped getting error codes when i switched brans of pellets. It doesn’t like the premium brands; the crushed smaller cheap ones work better. It started squeaking this year, so I took off the side panel and oiled the blower fan bearing it was easy to find inside of the rubber plunger on side of silver fan. The noise stopped and it’s working again. Works ok if you are willing to solve minor issues by trial and error. I see a lot of messages about the ignitor not working. I would bet that that’s a cleaning issue. You must clean the Burn pot and side areas daily or you’re asking for trouble. The size of this stove leaves little room for ash buildup so clean and clean. Not a top-quality stove but it saved us from massive gas bills this year and works pretty well for the money.

Great idea. Needs tweaking.
It looks very nice and great idea. Wish it worked as well as described, mine kept blowing fuses on the circuit board brain. I had to drive around town looking for the fuses to get it back running. These fuses aren’t cheap. Lots of down time with no heat.

Great efficient small pellet stove
We installed this pellet stove at our lake house last week. It is phenomenal! We love it. It heats our place right up and is cozy and warm. I have no complaints.Update: The igniter stopped working after a month.

Do NOT buy
Fills our house up with smoke several times. It was professionally installed & we burn premium pellets. Our neighbors have pounded on our doors several times telling us how bad it’s smoking thinking our house is burning down. Huge waste of money.

E3 and E4 Errors Needs Cleaning Really Good
Hello everyone, I purchased this at my local hardware store. I want to help you guys with this ERROR. I had this Model for 1 year now. And I had the SAME ISSUE with E3 and E4. This can be fixed. . Don’t give up on it. A pellet stove is a electronic device, with Sensors built in it for SAFETY. And I studied up on this, read the Manual like crazy. E3 and E4 is mostly Cleaning the Interior Chambers. One is located by the “PRESSURE SWITCH”. Pressure Switch has a Rubber Hose Connected to It. And Rubber Hose connects to Inside of Pellet Stove. You can gently disconnect hose. (Inspect the Hose for Debris, cracks or anything be careful not to damage the hose) and Check your DOOR IS SEALED GOOD. Pressure Switch detects PRESSURE in Pellet Stove, everything has to be sealed to work OK. The second Clean-OUT Plate is by the EXHAUST PIPE. On Page 13, in User Manual Explains. Try to clean these 2 areas GOOD. I just used a Pick Up Tool, Put Wipes on TIP. And cleaned in Chambers. Plus this PICK UP TOOL is flemsy, flexable it goes in tight areas. So much dust, black Ash build UP was coming out. I was surprised how much Ash was Inside. Or us a Vacuum and try to make connections that will fit these Clean Out-Plate. there in a tight area. OH . . And make sure your Exhaust pipes going outside goes up like 5 ft up. and 90 degree elbow. On Page 7, in manual shows the picture. I had mine going straight up, with a 45 degree. I kept having E4 ERROR, Because Air came back in pipes. So I got a 90 degree, that fixed it. So smoke can travel outside with no Resistance. . . Oh another advise OPEN up your “Air Dampener” put it kind of to HIGH position. This help Ignite, the PELLETS faster, and won’t give a lot of white smoke outside. So try this out. I hope I helped you guys.be blessed.

E3 and E4 Errors All The Time
I would never recommend anyone buy this. From the first day, error code E3 and E4. Over and over again. Chimney is clean. Pellets are dropping. Igniter works fine. Great airflow. Solid seals. Sometimes it works for 8 hours straight, then I get the error codes. Power off, power on. Fixed.. maybe.. for 20 minutes. Power on, power off. Fixed, maybe it runs another 8 hours just fine, maybe in 3 minutes it will shut off again with E4.It’s an internal issue, it is 100% not operator error. You might think “well, maybe it’s because it ran for so long?” no. Because when it’s 45 degrees in my living room when I wake up, I will have the same problem, when the darn thing is cool. That’s just a few of the problems. The most annoying problem is that the auger gets jammed ALL THE TIME. Pellets maybe? nope. Tried 3 different kinds. I can’t even fill it up all the way because I continuously need to stick my hand in to jar the auger loose. It gets stuck when it’s full and when there’s almost nothing in it. It is a terrible piece of equipment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Last but not least, the thermostat does nothing. I set it to 75, before I know it, it’s 86 and the thing is still feeding pellets.

Terrible. Waste of time and money
Terrible pellet stove. Not worth the money at all. Not even a year old and it’s broken. Don’t waste your money. E3 and 34 keep popping up. We have cleaned it and done everything to try and fix it. Would rather get a pellet stove for the same price but one that actually works. Not even worth my time.

Easy installation, descent heat output.
After installation i had a couple error codes due to venting. Tech support very helpful guiding me to my mistake. Been a great heat source for 2 years now.

have had for a couple years – constant trouble
unfortunately, this unit is not as great as I had hoped it would be. if you’re looking for a stove, get one with an ash pan, these don’t have a removable pan. Also, the components seem to go out often, having had to purchase several parts. I have two in my home, another brand (not saying who, but it is far superior) and this one. wish I had never met this one… I’ve had this for a few years, I have had several over the years, so I have a general idea what pellet stove should do, and how to set them up.

Great low cost pellet stove
Not sure why anyone wouldn’t like this stove it has worked great for 2 years. Just have to clean weekly and run good pellets. Thermostat works great!

Great heating alternative
Great heat output, little adjustment to the pellet auger so that the pellets drop a little bit at a time. We installed the stove ourselves took a little longer than expected but we are very pleased with the results. First couple of times running the stove you have to burn off the stove paint (it does give off a terrible smell) but once that’s done, sit back and enjoy!!
